Victor Yong will represent our capital city Kuala Lumpur and Lydia Lim Penang. Both will compete at the world finals in Bangkok on 24 July 2013.

There will be 7 nations and hence 14 finalists. Each country will send 2, one representing the capital and second representing the touristic city. Hence we have Kuala Lumpur and Penang.

The sole exception is Singapore! Singapore is so small there is no such thing as second touristic city unless they call her Miss Geylang or Miss Bugis Street! So in this case, there are Miss Singapore and Miss Lion City!

Both are of equal status but I presume the winner who was called last is considered the more superior as I would rather be Miss Malaysia representing Kuala Lumpur rather than Penang in terms of pecking order!

The winners; Lydia Lim as Miss Malaysia Southeast Asian Penang and Victor Yong as Miss Malaysia Southeast Asian Kuala Lumpur.

The sole runner-up is Pauline Koo
> Sub-titles Winners:

> Miss Healthy Hair: Pauline Koo

> Miss Best Talent: Jacquelinn Yap

Obviously this photo was taken by James Ng Kun Tek and not me as it shows so much ceiling! Don't know why James Ng Kun Tek loves to include ceilings instead of people's feet which he cut off! The photos with people's feet and minimal ceiling are taken by Kee Hua Chee with Leica
