After the long wait, Barsu Dine ‘n’ Wine is back with more exotic food and wines!

This Thursday 6th of June, Barsu and Wine Dee Dee co. Ltd.. present Dine 'n' Wine with Hugo Casanova wines. While our bartenders uncork these exotic bottles, our chefs focus on creating an exotic fusion dishes to match all the wines to make this night most unforgettable.

Hugo Casanova history
By the end of the 19th Century, coming from the north of Italy, the first member of the Casanova Family arrived to Chile, with the purpose of continuing in our country with the noble tradition of producing wines of excellence. Eliseo Casanova acquired “Batuco” and “Beautiful valley” estates in the Itata Valley, where his dreams began. His son Aldo, attracted by the exceptional weather for vine growing of the Maule region, bought “Purisima estate”, which terroir allows for the production of unique and unmistakable wines. Years later, Don Aldo is followed by his son Hugo Eliseo, who takes over the company, introducing new vinification technologies and improving the vine production systems. He is the precursor of the succesful development of the international markets. In year 1999 his son Hugo Andrés joins him, together with whom the “boutique winery” concept is conceived.
