Exclusively prepared by a private chef, the menus are eminently flexible, and
can cater to the personal tastes of all guests. Exquisite dishes can include
the finest rack of lamb, prized pork belly, or the freshest seafood.
Among the private chefs at guests’ personal disposal is Executive Chef Luca
Mancini, a veteran of Rice Italian Restaurant in Koh Samui,JW Marriott
Phuket and the legendaryAmanpuri. His background extends to Michelin-starred
La Pernice e la Gallina in Bologna and renowned La Spiazzo in London.
The two nights’ accommodation is in Phuket’s most prestigious pool villa, the
Cielo Residence which exceeds 660sqm, and has a private infinity pool, dining
pavilion, bar and butler. Also included is complimentary entry to Phuket
International Airport’s VIP lounge.
The package also includes daily breakfast at the resort’s signature
restaurant, Diavolo.
