FIREFLY LAUNCHES FLYPREMIER THE VALUE-ADDED FARE CLASS FOR FREQUENT TRAVELLERS!

FIREFLY LAUNCHES FLYPREMIER Value-Added Fare Class for Frequent Travelers
  
Firefly has launched its latest service called FlyPremier, which is designed to cater to the needs of discerning frequent travelers, making the journey a pleasant experience by providing further convenience and comfort.  


FlyPremier allows guests to a one (1) free flight change, additional 10kg baggage allowance, access to Firefly Biz Zone which is available at the Subang Skypark Terminal, priority baggage, free seat selection and the opportunity to earn Enrich Miles.   

Firefly Chief Executive Officer, Ignatius Ong said, “Our journey towards strengthening our new tagline, Beyond Convenience is well underway. At Firefly, our customers are at the heart of all we do. 

"We know that our guests are always on-the-go and value seamless service and that service does not start and end at the aircraft. With FlyPremier , a single-click will allow our guests to pre-select all the convenience that are required by a frequent traveller, effectively making the booking process faster and easier. We at Firefly remain focused on our goal of delivering profitable and sustainable returns over the long term”.  

FlyPremier is available for all Firefly flights and flight change is available at least two (2) hours before the schedule time of departure, subject to fare difference if any. 

This change can be performed via Firefly’s website www.fireflyz.com.my, ticketing offices or call center. Passengers are given the option to purchase each FlyPremier product individually, however with the FlyPremier package passengers are given 40% discount off each individual product. 

In conjunction with the Chinese New Year Holiday, Firefly Airlines is also offering a limited- time RM68 all-in one-way fare for all its domestic destinations with travel period which started from 26 January and on-going right up to 24 October 2015. The promotion began on 26 January and ends 8 February 2015.   

Tickets for Firefly’s international destinations such as Medan, Batam, Pekanbaru, Singapore, Koh Samui and Krabi are being offered with fares starting from RM108 all-in one-way fare.   
Firefly anticipates a much higher passenger traffic going through all the airports it flies from and urges its passengers traveling during this time to use the Automated Online Check-in Service and Web Check-In facility that is made available for Singapore and all Firefly domestic routes to skip the queue at the physical check-in counters and breeze through the airports. 

Check-In Kiosks are also available at selected airports namely Subang Skypark Terminal, Penang International Airport, Senai International Airport Johor Bahru and Sultan Ismail Petra Airport Kota Bharu.  
  
Tickets are available for sale through Firefly website, Firefly ticketing offices and all travel agents.

Background on Firefly
