Summer Chocolate Wave Grips Afternoon Gourmands in Town

Epicureans never need a reason for afternoon tea, but this scorching summer is as good an excuse as any to revel in a sunset with Parisian gourmandise.

La Maison du Chocolat is offering its tiered cake stand, which is refreshed with the exclusivity of sheer chocolate indulgence, along with an exquisite selection of a range of French tea.

Named after premium shopping districts in Paris where you can find the luxurious French chocolatier, the three new Hong Kong exclusive afternoon tea sets are to surprise chocolate lovers with the fine French pastries.

Available from today at the Lee Garden One boutique (Shop B03A).

Tuileries Set

The Tuileries Set pays homage to the classic French pastries – 2 mini éclairs in chocolate or caramel flavour, and 3 macarons with the Maison’s signature chocolate ganache filling in a crisp and delicate almond meringue shell.

Other delights include 1 Traviata cake, 1 Brésilien cake, 6 chocolates, and 2 hot beverages (chocolate, coffee or tea). The set is priced at HK$430.

 Faubourg Set

The Faubourg Set highlights 2 of the aesthetically hand-crafted chocolates, macarons or mini éclairs at your choice, adorned with 1 cup of hot chocolate, coffee or tea. The set is available at HK$90.

Orsay Set

To explore the endless possibilities of chocolate, the Orsay Set features 1 individual pastry and 1 cup of hot chocolate, coffee or tea, at HK$99.

Boasting the collection of French delights to tempt every palate, La Maison du Chocolat’s boutique at Lee Garden One offers an oasis for both shopaholics and chocoholics to enjoy a cosy and sleek afternoon gathering.
