AMEX BY MAYBANK HOSTED EXQUISITE FINE DINING AT PRIMA, THE FLAGSHIP RESTAURANT OF LE MERIDIEN HOTEL FOR ITS HIGH NET WORTH CARD HOLDERS LIKE MIKI CHOONG WHO INVITED DATO KEE HUA CHEE TO BE HER DINING PARTNER

THEMED 'UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH CHEF ADRIAN RICHARDSON FROM MELBOURNE', IT WAS FINE AUSSIE STYLE DINING AT ITS BEST USING FRESH LOCAL AND OZ INGREDIENTS.

American Express flew in Chef Adrian Richardson from Down Under at great expense to titillate the high class taste buds of 50 of its best customers, the sort who spend RM 100,000 a month.

The evening started at the poolside on 8th floor which was mercifully inside an aircon room where Chef Adrian Richardson cooked a simple yet frightfully delicious sotong salad of which I ate 9 small bowls.

After bottomless supplies of Moet champagne and MacCallan, we were ushered to Prima the fine dining restaurant where our food was matched with fine wines. 

Kudos Amex@Maybank for a superbly fabulous dinner!
