Making a bold fashion statement

“We want to promote Malaysia as a fashion hub for batik through this fashion show which features tropical flowers in modern kebaya-inspired designs. And this is the first time we do a fashion show with a grand appearance from the helicopter.,” says Farel Mikhail.

“We want to create a new Trend for Malaysia with using batik concept as one of our local tradisional wear. This Fashion Show with helicopter is one of the first time ever in Malaysia.” says Jonathan.

The entire show will be elegant and colourful with catwalk on the runway of the hotel lobby rather than the ballroom. The hotel guests together with over 100 invited guests will be able to catch a glimpse of this show.

Farel adds, “Fashion beneath the wings” is not just another fashion show as it has a powerful message of love for nature and Malaysia. We want the world to know Malaysia has its own unique and exotic designs, especially our floral batik. Remember Bette Midler’s song “Wings beneath my wings”? Our “Fashion beneath the wings” will surely be an inspiring ground-breaking fashion show.”
