Winner Dynasty Group Sdn Bhd (WDG) remains committed to assist the Government of Malaysia in combat the COVID-19 outbreak.

Winner Dynasty Group Sdn Bhd, an investment management company through Chairman, Dato 'Sri Liow Soon Hee, is among the earliest corporate companies to respond to His Majesty KBDYMM and the Malaysian Government’s call to assist the Malaysia Ministry of Health to work together to combat COVID-19.

Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, recognized as 'Pendamic' by the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) the virus that began in the Wuhan region of China, WDG in the spirit of friends and business partners to help them from WUHAN, contributed over 1 million masks to 31 provinces and cities in China such as Wuhan, Beijing, Szechuan, Tianjiang, Shanghai, Hunan, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Gansu, Hubei, Shandong, Zheijang, LionNing, Jiangsi and other cities.

WDG started with an initiative to help Malaysians in need by distributing masks at a donation ceremony on March 10, 2020.

The delegation led by Dato Sri Liow Soon Hee handed over 500,000 masks according to the need of people like front liners, hospital staff and students. The ceremony of the donation at the press conference attracted the attention of the needy such as hospitals, the Royal Malaysian Police and the Malaysian Armed Forces.  Donations have been made to several District Police Headquarters (IPD) through the heads of the station.

The donations have also been made to Selayang Hospital through its director Dr Sakinah Alwi and to the Malaysian Armed Forces through Defense Minister Dato Sri Ismail Sabri who is also the Senior Minister (Security).

In addition to the recipients above, WDG has also made contributions to:
 - Perak state Government
 - Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital, Ipoh Perak - MCA Complaint Service Center
 - SJK (C) Kheng Chee, Puchong.

With urgent intention to assist the Government of Malaysia in corporate responsibility, WDG has come forward to help.

With the help of this second phase, WDG has allocated 1 million masks for distribution to selected media organizations.  The allocation is greater this time due to the large contribution of the media to the community.

WDG is committed to help the Malaysian Government at any time eradicate the pandemic.

Up to date, WDG has provided 1.5 million masks.
