Healthy new vegan soy beverage added to drinks menu at all four KiKi Tea.

Taiwan’s trendsetting KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) is welcoming Spring with healthy new low calorie noodles specialties and super value set menus at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall and KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA.

A healthy new vegan soy milk drink and seasonal drink are also added to the drinks menu at all four KiKi Tea branches.

KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) continues the KiKi noodle brand’s iconic winning recipe of natural, healthy sundried noodles, handmade from just flour and water without MSG or additives, and signature crowd-pleasing Taiwanese tea and bubbles made with natural ingredients.

Now three new specialties are launched especially for health-conscious times at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall in Central and KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui East.

Portobello and Assorted Vegetables Noodles in Tomato Consommé Sea Cucumber Mixed Noodles, Abalone Sauce Boston Lobster Mixed Noodles, Lobster Bisque Portobello and Assorted Vegetables Noodles in Tomato Consommé (HK$108) is a new vegetarian option with Portobello mushroom low in calories and high in protein, a great substitute for meat, and okra rich in fibre, which helps building immunity against viruses and infection.

With two prized ingredients, Sea Cucumber Mixed Noodles, Abalone Sauce (HK$138) brings immune system-boosting benefits of sea cucumber, an especially good source of protein, glycine and arginine.

A fusion of east-meets-west in a sweet and juicy tomato sauce, Boston Lobster Mixed Noodles, Lobster Bisque (HK$138) benefits from lobster’s great source of protein, selenium and omega-3 fatty acids.

While seasonally most popular in autumn, Crab Egg Gravy Mixed Noodles (HK$138) is retained by popular demand for its hearty homemade pork bone broth and famed nutritional and vitamin benefits of crab roe as an immunity booster for overall health.

Completing the spring promotion is a healthy new drink vegan specialty, Soy Milk KiKi Roasted Tea topped with Soy Milk Cream Mousse, Grass Jelly, available at all four KiKi Tea branches until 31 March. Sumptuously topped with soy milk cream mousse and grass jelly, the innovative new showcase of the brand’s beloved signature KiKi Roasted Tea, is especially created with low-calorie grass jelly for its health benefits, rich in antioxidants and good for lowering blood pressure.

The new specialty is priced HK$36 iced, or HK$34 as a hot drink. A brand new specialty, Peach Oolong topped with Wild Berry Cream Mousse (Iced), is also being launched on 1 April 2020, priced HK$38 and available at all four branches until 31 July.

A Super Value Set Menu is also introduced at just HK$98, reduced from an original price of HK$148, at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall and KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA.

Available until 30 June for either dine-in ortakeaway, the bargain offer includes a choice of signature main courses with snack and a drink.

Main choices include signature KiKi Dan Dan Noodles, Stir-fried Minced Pork Mixed Noodles with Chive Flowers and Fermented Black Beans and Sichuan Spicy Tofu Noodles in Soup with Duck Blood, Tofu and Sliced Pork.

All-time-favourite snack choices are KiKi Meat Dumpling, Sliced Boiled Pork, Mashed Garlic or Black Fungus Salad – two of which are complimentary with a la carte noodle, rice or congee orders during the promotion period.

The set is available after 3pm, Monday to Friday at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall and all-day throughout the week at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA.

Another great value is Afternoon Tea Set (HK$48) of one main dish and a drink, every Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm, at KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) ifc mall and KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) K11 MUSEA.

Dish choices are Mini Crispy Chicken Fillet Rice, Mini Taiwanese Braised Pork Chop Rice, Mini KiKi Dan Dan Noodles, Mini Stir-fried Minced Pork Mixed Noodles with Chive Flowers and Fermented Black Beans and KiKi Platter of Spicy Pork Knuckle, Taiwanese Sausage, Deep-fried Chicken Wing and Marinated Soft-boiled Egg. Available from now until 31 July, the set is served with either iced Winter Melon Tea or Peach Oolong (iced/hot), or any other choice from the main KiKi Tea drinks menu for an extra HK$18.

About KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea)
First launched in Taipei in 2018 in Xinyi Road, Da’an District, KiKi Noodle Bar introduces a contemporary spin to the brand’s original KiKi Restaurant, founded in 1991, specialising in Chengdu Sichuan cuisine with a healthy touch, adopting a low-oil and low-sodium approach to recipes.

In Hong Kong, KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) continues the healthy tradition with a contemporary menu that showcases KiKi’s popular handmade, sun-dried noodles in a range of broths, dried-mixed and ban-mian, along with classic toppings and Sichuan snacks and dishes presented in small plates to complement its diverse range of noodle dishes.

Signature noodles are headlined by crowd-pleaser Stir-fried Minced Pork Mixed Noodles with Chive Flowers and Fermented Black Bean, sprinkled with black beans to mimic ‘instagrammable’ fly heads, with crunchy chive flowers and spicy stir-fried minced pork; Sichuan Spicy Tofu Noodles in Soup, Duck Blood and Sliced Pork, also packing a punch of spice; and comforting classic KiKi Dan Dan Noodle.

Over 20 signature Taiwanese tea and bubbles are made with hand-picked tea from Taiwan and natural ingredients highlighting Pineapple Green Teapresso; Jasmine Tea, Chinese Herbal Tea Pearls and KiKi Roasted Tea topped with Caramel and Nuts Cream Mousse.

A successful pilot introduction of the concept, KiKi Tea @ Sun's Bazaar, at Pacific Place was followed by KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) flagship outlets at trendsetting destinations ifc mall in Central and K11 MUSEA at Victoria Dockside, Tsim Sha Tsui East. KiKi Tea’s fourth branch opened in Telford Plaza in Kowloon Bay in September 2019.

All are designed in KiKi’s minimalist style with simple décor and natural lighting. KiKi Noodle Bar (KiKi Tea) opened its second branch in China in late December 2019 at Shanghai ONE ITC.

While seasonally most popular in autumn, Crab Egg Gravy Mixed Noodles is retained by popular demand
