The most lavish jeweller's ball of the year title must surely go to Suen Rocks based on its size and 600 guests who came dressed to kill and thrill though for some bizarre reason, the winners of the lucky draws came dressed in basic regulation clothes as if they were attending afternoon tea. One winner did not even bother to tuck in his shirt and he was not a famous star who could get away with it. But maybe he was loaded with liquid cash to the Plimsoll line in which case he could have come in rags and be warmly welcomed and photographed by me. I am such a shallow person but I notice I have been thriving since I decided to base my life on reading a book by its cover!

Anyway all the favourite customers of Lee Sze Suen aka Suen came to support their darling jeweller as they rightly should. Suen wore a Donna Karan gown for the first two hours and then changed into a short sexy dress with diamante shoes for the final session just so you can see her svelte, shapely legs.
