THE 15 FINALISTS OF MISS MALAYSIA WORLD 2013 WERE WHITTLED TO JUST 5 OF WHICH ONE WOULD BE THE NEW MISS MALAYSIA WORLD 2013.
Of course I predicted the day before it would be Melinder Kaur as I am an expert judge of women (and men, come to think of it).
I like the fast yet efficient pace of the pageant as some I attended lasted till 1.30 am before the winners were announced which was a record I believe!
Ben Ibrahim did a great job under the jurisdiction of Dato Anna Lim the franchise holder.
I was looking for the 4 Muslim girls but they did not turn up for fear of being arrested and jailed.

I thought this was Julia Roberts! Kim Low admits many have said so as she says "I have big mouth, big lips, big eyes, big hair, everything big except my breasts". This sadly is true as the bustier was too loose for her and showed empty space as she walked

AFTER A FASHION SHOW BY WACOAL, THE TOP 5 APPEARED AGAIN ON STAGE FOR THE QUESTION AND SESSION SESSION WHICH WOULD DETERMINE THEIR FATE!
One foolish answer and there went the crown!
Emcee Ben Ibrahim asked a different question for each finalist
Rubini Sambanthan was first. She was asked how a tomboy like her could turn out to be one of the top 5 and she explained it was a natural procession of being her true self
Melinder Kaur was asked about house husbands and she said women today can achieve what they want by being tenacious and hard working
