Chateaubriand is a dish surrounded by

582 as one of the restaurant’s signature dishes. A cut of the
Chateaubriand meat is regarded as the king of beef as it is the center cut
of the tenderloin and it is also the leanest and most tender of beef beloved by meat lovers.

Chef Siti Arini Darsom ensures each cut is served with the freshest
produce and prepared with finesse and flair, giving a feast for both eye and palate. The carved-at-your tableside Chateaubriand is served alongside two

Australian red or white wine and available from 1 to 30 April 2014, 6:30 pm to
10:30 pm.
