today, Francissca Peter and Adibah Noor are set to dazzle fans at Hugo’s On
6, BEST WESTERN PREMIER Dua Sentral.

Fransissca Peter, known
as Fran is a singer-songwriter and best known for her extensive repertoire and
her versatility. Making a splash in the Malaysian music scene with her debut
album Komputer Muzik in 1984,
Francissca Peter is best known for Malay love songs which propelled her rise
into one of Malaysia’s best-selling artists in the 80’s and 90’s. In 1987, Fran
was the first Malaysian artist to win the International Award for ‘Best Song’
at the ‘Asean Song Festival’ in Kuala Lumpur and most significant is her
critically acclaimed ‘Best Female Vocalist’ for five consecutive years in the
80’s.
Subsequently, she just kept soaring with more awards. Fran is also known
nationwide for her rendition of Malaysia’s second national anthem Setia. Besides being an Ambassador to
The International Aid Organisation WorldVision for nine consecutive years, Fran
was chosen as one of The Most Inspiring Women in Malaysia by The Star in 2011 following
her bravery, selflessness and burning determination in helping and educating
both the next generations of achievers and those less fortunate. During the
show, Fran will serenade her fans with her repertoire of love songs selected
from her albums.
Adibah Noor, one of the
strongest names in the entertainment industry and multi-talented artist is set
to bring Hugo’s On 6 down with her melodious voice. Adibah shot to fame
as the overall winner of the Juara Lagu 2006.
Adibah’s song Terlalu Istimewa bagged
four awards – Best Vocal, Ballads Category, Best Song and Overall Winner. The
bubbly and affable Adibah Noor will mesmerize audiences with her soulful voice
so that the tunes will stick in the audiences mind long after the event has
ended. Adibah will be singing a combination of broadway and jazz with funky dance
numbers.
The dinner performance
will be accompanied by a six-course Western set menu prepared by the hotel’s
team of specialized chefs.
