BELOW IS A MESSAGE FROM KK TAN, CEO OF ASIAN HERITAGE MUSEUM SDN BHD REGARDING HIS EXHIBITS AT ROYAL LAKE CLUB IN LAKE GARDENS, KUALA LUMPUR WHERE MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS CAN VIEW EXTREMELY RARE ASIAN ARTEFACTS.
"Dear all,
Today we have delivered and put in place at
the Royal Lake Club (RLC) some additional artefacts in the front entrance including 2
more giant 300-year old Dabu Dabu Malay drums making a total of 4 pieces of
the largest historical drums in the world. In the lobby are a large
ivory in-laid chest and 9 pieces of 500-year old Spanish signal cannons.
We
would add more “suitable” artefacts as we go along and with the approval of the
RLC Committee.
When convenient, please visit RLC to see for
yourself and let us know your feedback and what else should we put up on
display to make a “statement” about our Asian Heritage Museum project.
Due to security & safety concerns, we have decided NOT to put up very high
value smaller objects which can be stolen via an intelligent organized crime.
This is an interesting multicultural heritage opportunity for our social premier
club in the country."
KK Tan,
CEO, Asian Heritage Museum Sdn Bhd.
