On 15 April 2014, Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana” or “Group”) launched the highly anticipated Tropicana Collection campaign with a showcase of inspired living choices that spans six weeks, beginning 15 April 2014 to 31 May 2014.
The campaign garnered overwhelming response and achieved resounding success, recording RM600 million in sales, underpinned by sustained demand at its exclusive projects across the prime hotspots of Penang, Klang Valley, Iskandar Malaysia and Kota Kinabalu.
“We are very pleased as the results has demonstrated that we have not only delivered on customers’ demands, but also kept true to the Tropicana development DNA that is built on the cornerstones of accessibility, connectivity, innovative concepts and designs, generous open spaces, amenities, facilities, multi-tiered security and quality.
We are dedicated to continue our progress forward, improve where need to and build momentum where we are already succeeding,” said Dato’ Yau Kok Seng, Group CEO of Tropicana.
Commenting on the sales achievement of the campaign, Pam Loh, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales of Tropicana said, “Our Tropicana Collection campaign represents an ideal platform to showcase the Group’s integrated developments across the property hot spots in Malaysia.
Through this campaign, we tailor-made our packages to cater to a variety of needs and demands of our discerning customers, providing them with right products at the right location, and at the right prices, with emphasis on the land segment. This campaign was also extended to many countries overseas.”
The campaign featured the Group’s exclusive developments ranging from completed projects to projects under construction, luxurious landed residential to exclusive high-rise residential, and from contemporary commercial developments to modern shop offices.
Following the strong support received from its customers nationwide, Tropicana will also be organising an Appreciation Night for all its Tropicana Privilege Card (TPC) members, to thank them for their continued trust and loyalty towards the Group.
Essentially, customers who purchased any developments by the Group immediately become Tropicana Privilege Card members and will be accorded with more special benefits and privileges.
With the excellent results achieved, the Group will continue to introduce new developments in the coming months, namely for Tropicana Gardens at Kota Damansara, Tropicana Aman at Kota Kemuning and Tropicana Heights at Kajang.
With its current yet to be developed landbank of over 2,000 acres with potential new Gross Development Value of more than RM70 billion across high growth areas, Tropicana is well-positioned on its transformation journey to becoming a premier property developer in Malaysia.
