A funky new sister venue to the legendary Los Angeles burger & wine
bar 25 Degrees has opened adjacent to the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G – Silom’s
latest lifestyle hotel.
The striking venue is
playfully designed in the same quirky style as its upscale namesake at the
iconic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, renowned amongst the smart set for the ‘best
burgers in Los Angeles’.
25 Degrees introduces
a sophisticated new twist on the traditional American burger bar concept –
completed with American hits music and cool “bordello meets burger bar” décor
that pays homage to the glamour of Old Hollywood yet emphasizes modernity in
its design, atmosphere, and presentation.
Plush designer
interiors feature a long wooden bar, oversized leather winged chairs, vintage
black and white photographies and red floral print on satin wallpaper.
The venue
incorporates all aspects of the award winning formula adopted by all sister
properties in the US which made them the reputation of serving the “burger of
the stars”.
Rather than familiar/
traditional fast-food burgers, diners discover tender and juicy variations of
prime ground sirloin steak and fresh free range chicken – grilled according to
personal preference with a choice of gourmet cheeses and toppings.
An integral part of
the unique experience is crafting your own burger choosing from thirteen unique
artisan cheese toppings, from brie, goat cheese and cheddar to emmental,
gorgonzola, mozzarella and Point Reyes blue. Fourteen additional topping
choices for personalized ‘dream burgers’ include sautéed mushrooms, sauerkraut,
jalapeno pepper, fried egg, sun dried tomato, green chili, bacon and Parma ham.
25 Degrees offers
guests an extensive breakfast menu boasting a large selection of eggs that can
be crafted to your taste with a selection of seventeen toppings and fourteen
kinds of cheese. A tasty selection of cereals, American breakfast classics,
pancakes, waffles and French toast complete the breakfast offer of the venue.
Making it the perfect place to grab a breakfast while reading the news or
simply catch up with your emails.
The extensive drink
list highlights handpicked wines available by the glass or jug, homemade
milkshakes and tasty cocktails.
In addition to the
classic American drinks such as chocolate, vanilla and strawberry milkshakes,
whipped root beer, classic sodas, beer on tap, house specials are “G’s martini”
and “Guinness milkshake”!
In true LA style,
service is casual and fun, with waiters in T-shirts and jeans providing and
efficient yet friendly service.
