winners of the prestigious and best-known gastronomic event, Malaysia International
Gourmet Festival.
This greatest gastronomy event showcases expertise of the
country’s top resident chefs displaying astounding skills and talents competing
in 35 different categories. This is also an innovative effort in placing
Malaysia’s cuisine on the international scene.

who joined BEST WESTERN PREMIER Dua Sentral since year 2011 bagged three
title at the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival.

Darsom impresses the judges with her creative interpretation of a Granny Smith
Granitas, Salted Plum to sweep the Most Outstanding Palate Cleanser Award and a
unique combination of Honey Glazed Chicken, Smoked Salmon Tartar with Sour
Cream and Pan Fried King Fish with Orange Sauce to slam the Most Outstanding Canapés Award whilst Grill 582 was awarded the Most Popular Restaurant at Taste MIGF – Gourmet
Dollars Collected.
