Helmed by Chef Takahiro Ishida, Minori has been taken over by Dato Jessie Yow of Sinar Intisari who bought it from original owner founder Dato Liaw Choon Liang and will have a grand celebratory on 19 December 2015!
'Minori' means 'bountiful harvest' and obviously the fruits of such harvests are offered to its discerning diners!
Minori has participated only thrice in MIGF and is relatively new but has garnered many kudos for its freshly flown-in seafood at reasonable prices.
Chef Takahiro is participating for the first time and has won many fans. Expect to pay RM 250+ or RM 350+ with wine for a superlative 7 course gastronomic experience or RM 200/ RM 300+ for a lighter menu.
