The Kitchen at Carousel International Coffeehouse, Palace of the Golden Horses is going up in ‘flames’ to captivate guests with their succulent grilled offerings. Indulge in a month long of grilled varieties spearheaded by Executive Sous Chef, S. Mageswaran and his kitchen brigade. Priced at RM118 nett (Adult) and RM59 nett (Child) and available for dinner only, guests can enjoy an array of international and local delights from three (3) rotating menus.

Throughout the whole month of March, guests dining in can enjoy a wide selection of offerings such as Grilled Lamb, Chicken & Beef Quesadillas, imported Sausages & Bratwurst; and not forgetting other seafood delights such as Grilled Slipper Lobsters, Shrimps and many more at this five-star hotel’s famous coffeehouse set in a lovely resort environment by the lakeside.

Watch in awe as our skilled chefs’ pitch the perfectly-spiced marinated dishes onto the hot pan followed by choices of special sauces for you to enjoy.

There is a variety of appetisers on the buffet line that will fascinate you including marinated jelly fish / baby octopus salad, assorted maki rolls, Vietnamese rice paper-roll, wok-fried glass noodle with soft shell crab, pasta salad with smoked chicken, tikka-marinated chicken with cilantro, marinated wild mushroom, popiah basah and pasembor mamak.

For soup lovers, please your palates with choices of cream of shallot, sup ekor mamak-style, fasolatha, madam song’s fish soup, cauliflower & potato bisque and sup ekor masam pedas berempah.

In addition to the buffet spread which includes offerings of steamed salmon and cabbage roll, chicken scaloppini with lemon remoulade, braised oxtails with mushrooms and tomatoes, pan-fried sea bass fillet on bell pepper coulis, Mediterranean chicken stew, Irish lamb hot pot, deep-fried squids with peppers and sweet and sour sauce, wok-fried wanton noodles with shredded chicken and mushrooms and fried mussel kam hiong style amongst others; there will be other action stalls serving a variety of noodle, and meat carvings that will surely tantalise your taste buds.

The ‘Hot from the Grill’ buffet also boasts other dishes that Malaysians crave for such as daging rendang tok, udang gulai masak lemak, ayam kapitan, daging masak paprik, mutton masala and kambing masak kurma berkentang. Enjoy too, international delights that will mesmerize your taste buds including dishes of barbeque beef brisket with smoked BBQ sauce & mustard, baked chicken loaf, salmon coulibiac with dill sauce and cheesy potato balls.

Desserts lovers will be pleased with offerings of more than 30 choices to choose from including pineapple crumble, pumpkin cheese, chocolate banana pudding, pecan pie, mango dark chocolate mousse, green tea cheesecake, apple & blueberry pudding, Oreo cream tart, black forest cake, assorted malay kuih, French pastries, selection of homemade cookies and the list goes on…
