Savour our festive specialties on the a la carte menu such as braised deluxe assorted hot dish in claypot or Poon Choy, braised white cabbage with fish maw in golden broth and braised sea cucumber with golden garlic and leeks.
                   
Our five set menus known as Great Prosperity, Rich Fortune, Happy Reunion, Wealth Treasures and Immense Wealth are ideal for groups of four to ten persons.

With a variety of dishes prepared specially for this festive season there will be plenty for you to choose from.

For the Great Prosperity Set Menu it is priced at RM208 nett per person for a minimum of four persons. Dishes include salmon Yee Sang, double-boiled fish maw soup with caterpillar flower and sun-dried scallop, wok-fried scallops with assorted mushroom and water chestnut, steamed omega-rich garoupa fish with preserved vegetables in soya sauce, stewed sun-dried oysters with sea cucumber and sea moss in oyster sauce, braised Ee Fu Noodles with lobster and crab meat sauce, sweetened ginger soup with wolfberries, longan and black sesame rice dumplings, as well as a combination of steamed traditional Ninko coated with shredded coconut and chilled red bean cake.

For the Rich Fortune Set Menu it is priced at RM372 nett per person for a minimum of four persons. Dishes include salmon Yee Sang, whole abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber and whole sun-dried scallop and mushroom, wok-fried fresh crab meat with scramble egg and sun-dried scallop, steamed “Soon Hock” fish with light soya sauce, deep-fried crispy prawns coated with salted yolk, wok-fried rice with dried oysters and supreme chilli sauce, sweetened ginger soup with wolfberries, longan and black sesame rice dumplings, as well as a combination of steamed traditional Ninko coated with shredded coconut and chilled red bean cake.

For the Happy Reunion Set Menu it is priced at RM2076 nett per table of ten persons. Dishes include salmon Yee Sang, braised superior sea treasures soup with fish maw and sun-dried scallop, stewed sun-dried oysters with sea cucumber and sea moss in oyster sauce, Shang Palace crispy pipa chicken, steamed omega-rich garoupa fish with preserved vegetables and soya sauce, stir-fried prawns and scallops with assorted mushrooms and supreme spicy sauce, wok-fried rice with dried oysters and supreme chilli sauce, sweetened ginger soup with wolfberries, longan and black sesame rice dumplings, as well as a combination of steamed traditional Ninko coated with shredded coconut and chilled red bean cake.

For the Wealth Treasures Set Menu it is priced at RM3484 nett per table of ten persons. Dishes include Tempura lobster meat Yee Sang, double-boiled fish maw soup with mushroom and Chinese cabbage, deep-fried crispy soft shell crabs with salt and pepper topped with chicken floss, stewed sliced abalone, sun-dried oyster and sea moss in supreme oyster sauce, steamed “Soon Hock” fish with light soya sauce, braised sea cucumber with golden garlic and leeks, fried rice with scallops, crab meat and egg white sprinkled with shredded sun-dried scallops, sweetened ginger soup with wolfberries, longan and black sesame rice dumplings, as well as a combination of steamed traditional Ninko coated with shredded coconut and chilled red bean cake.

And finally for the Immense Wealth Set Menu it is priced at RM5467 nett per table of ten persons. Dishes include salmon and abalone Yee Sang, braised bird’s nest soup with lobster meat and seafood, braised whole abalone, sea cucumber and sun-dried oysters with sea moss, steamed “Spotted Garoupa” fish with supreme soya sauce, wok-fried fresh water king prawns with salted egg yolk sauce, braised Chinese cabbage with fish maw in golden broth, noodle soup with spicy minced chicken “Szechuan Tam Tam” style, sweetened ginger soup with wolfberries, longan and black sesame rice dumplings, as well as a combination of steamed traditional Ninko coated with shredded coconut and chilled red bean cake
