With the onset of winter, Lai
Chi Kok’s ‘social salon’ for dining, art and music lovers, Greater
China Club, rolls out hearty warming winter stews and soups at ever-popular Cantonese restaurant
atop
Lai Chi Kok dining destination D2 Place One –
Man Hing; with Modern European food and wine bar,
Cadenza’s 6-course tasting menu of signature specialties for festive and
year-end celebrations with friends, families and business colleagues.
Headlined by exotic winter delicacies and traditional rice casseroles, Man Hing’s seasonal menu is available from now until 31 January 2018. Highlights include Slow-Cooked Dong Shan Goat in Homemade Sauce (HK$178 for members and HK$198 for non-members); Deep Fried Crispy Eel with Osmanthus in Black Vinegar (HK$218 for members and HK$238 for non-members); Braised Snake Soup with Shredded Chicken and Fungus (HK$198 per person for members and HK$218 per person for non-members); Double-boiled Crocodile Tail with Maca and Coconut (HK$228 per person for members and HK$248 for non-members).

CADENSZA
The festive
feast starts with appetiser of French Beef
Tartare, with quail egg, rocket and shaved black truffle, followed by Foie Gras in ‘’2 Ways’’ with Pan-Seared
and Homemade Terrine.
The menu
continues with Chestnut Cream Soup with
cinnamon cream and caramelised chestnut, and an indulgent pasta dish of Penne-Lobster Ragout with Datterino tomatoes,
spiced with garlic, chilli and basil.
Main course
is a choice of traditional Slow-Cooked Turkey
Breast and Leg Roulade, with Brussels
sprout and cranberry mojo or Herb-Crusted
Australian Lamb Rack, with ratatouille and rosemary jus. A surprise dessert
will be served to complete the enchanting festive dinner.
Greater
China Club is located on Unit A, 10/F, D2 Place One, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Lai
Chi Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It opens from Monday to Thursday, Sunday and
Public Holidays, 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight and Friday and Saturday, 12:00
noon to 1:00 am.

Greater
China Club offers Corporate and Individual memberships entitling members to
special priced menus at the Club’s three dining outlets, waived service charges
and exclusive benefits. Priced HK$18,888 for corporate membership with 3
nominees and HK$6,888 for individual members, while monthly membership fees
(which can be used for spending in the Club) are HK$600 and HK$300,
respectively.
Members
enjoy special benefits, but the Club is also open to guests and tourists at D2
Place, a revitalised industrial building now buzzing with eclectic bars and
restaurants, named after its MTR exit at Lai Chi Kok.

July 2015, Greater China Club is located at the revitalised and creative West

The Club’s Cantonese cuisine is served at Man Hing, helmed by
Chef Chan Wai Teng who has vast experience working in Michelin star

Cadenza, named after its lounge venue with an extensive wine
cellar and sultry live music from a million dollar sound system, serves modern

jazz vinyl records with live jazz on weekends.
Greater China Club is also a unique art space, which
encourages creativity and expression through art by introducing outstanding and
inspiring collections from local and international emerging artists, talented
individuals and groups. All kinds of art forms, including oil paintings,
watercolours, photographs, sculptures or installations are featured in
different creative themes and updated on a regular basis.
