GRAND LAUNCH OF FLIPBIZZ: A GAME CHANGER IN SOCIAL AND BUSINESS NETWORKING

The Grand Launch of Flipbizz was held on 16 March 2018 at the Grand Ballroom of Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC). Gracing the event were Datin Maylene Yong, Founder and Principal of Styleicon Prestige; and Kevin Lew, Chief Operating Officer of BBCC Development Sdn Bhd, part of Eco World Development Group Berhad.

Forging Partnerships The Grand Launch witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Big Centure Sdn Bhd and Styleicon Prestige, a charity networking initiative headed by Datin Maylene. Styleicon Prestige is now the official partner of Flipbizz and will enable the organisation to streamline and expand its membership, as well as tap on the strength of the app to partner with Styleicon to boost the welfare sponsorship of the Penang Parkinson’s Disease Association.
The MOU between Big Centure Sdn Bhd and Styleicon will open up more opportunities on business and social welfare networking between the two organisations.
Game Changer
The concept of Flipbizz comes from the demand for stronger Online-to-Offline (020) business network and brand building. Hence, the app is built with the latest tools to connect businesses and entrepreneurs. It claims to be the world's most advanced business directory mobile Internet applications today.
Unlike many e-networking business modules which utilise the internet only to boost its e-platform, The Big Centure has changed the game. To kickstart its app, it is currently recruiting about 100 Ambassadors to boost its membership drive.
The Big Centure has also engaged Datin Maylene Yong as Flipbizz Star Celebrity, a position specially created to her as a strong influencer to attract more members. “Our Board of Directors decided to choose Datin Maylene as our Flipbizz Star Celebrity due to her strong credentials as a philanthropist, socialite and entrepreneur with 40 years of experience. We believe Datin Maylene with her strong networking power will definitely help boost Flipbizz popularity,” says Dr Madelene, COO of Big Centure Sdn Bhd.
