LAUNCHING CEREMONY OF MOTONATION 2018 ROADSHOW KICKOFF PRESS CONFERENCE

Motonation 2018 grand launching was successfully held on April 18, 2018 at Glenmarie Shah Alam organized by Advan Venture Sdn Bhd.

The ceremony was officiated by Dato’ Wan Latiff Wan Musa, Deputy CEO of MATRADE witnessed by more than 200 participants from various automotive industry sectors covering vendors, partners and sponsors.

The official Motonation 2018 Roadshow Kickoff will be held at Quill City Mall on 27^th April 2018, many vendors has participated in our first Roadshow Kickoff and all the cars are supported by CHY Autoworld Sdn Bhd, Tom’s Stickers and Rintis Malay Motors Sdn Bhd. Similar to last year, Motonation will organize multiple roadshows and business matching program leading up to the October event.

Reason we have multiple roadshows is to generate maximum awareness and exposure for our vendors . Our roadshows are aligned with our Motonation objective that is to create an ecosystem for the automotive industry.

Our roadshows will start from April 2018 to September 2018 leading to our main event on the 19^th of October. Among the location of our roadshows are :

ABOUT MOTONATION 2018

Motonation 2018 is the biggest automotive annual event in SE Asia which marks its second year running which will be held in MECC, MATRADE from 19^th to 21^st October 2018.

What makes Motonation unique from other local automotive event is that the 3 day event will showcase both corporate and lifestyle automotive segments which includes automotive parts, financing, education, art and culture, hobby and collectors, property and development, food and food trucks, food2go segment, materials supply, manufacturing, and many more, and not to forget MOTONATION is officially affiliated with AMD WORLD CUSTOM BIKE CHAMPIONSHIP, GERMANY & INTERMOT GERMANY.

Motonation will be hosting its second Asia Automotive Award (The 4’A’s) this year to show appreciation for outstanding automotive players in Malaysia. Motonation 2017 was the

first time the Asia Automotive Pageant was held with a total of 55 participants awarded.

One of the new additions under MOTONATION 2018 this year is the Asia Automotive Ambassador Pageant, in collaboration with Miss Malaysia Kebaya (MMK) to provide a competition platform in search of an aspiring female role model to represent the face of automotive industry.

There will be a series of elimination rounds with the semi final to be held in Quill City Mall and the winner will be announced during the Asia Automotive Ambassador Pageant ceremony in October 2018 at Matrade.

This year, Motonation 2018 is also hosting its first online e-commerce platform called Spanarboy which will be one-stop-centre for all vendors and automotive players to list their products in one e-commerce segment creating a wide platform for direct communication between the manufacture, distributors and consumers.

Motonation 2018 is expecting a minimum of one hundred thousand crowds during the three day event from 19^th to 21^st October 2018 at MECC, MATRADE.
