A MID-TIER, LUXURY DESIGNER WHITE SHIRT HOVERS AROUND RM 400 BUT OF COURSE BUDDHA AND JESUS DID NOT MAKE MY BODY TO WEAR SUCH CHEAP SHIRTS AS ONLY WHITE PLAIN SHIRTS FROM LOUIS VUITTON, GUCCI, PRADA, VERSACE AND TOP TIER DESIGNERS ARE GOOD ENOUGH AND EACH PLAIN SIMPLE WHITE SHIRT FROM THEM COSTS RM 1200 TO RM 1900.
As a writer I always judge a book by its cover and it usually works.
So I almost fainted when a friend from the lower classes praised Oxwhite white shirts. First I assumed with a name like Oxwhite inspired doubtless from Oxford whites and not inspired by oxen or buffalos they must be made in Savile Row, right? I had to be hospitalised after fainting from shock when told it is a MalaysiNa product and not imported from Savile Row in London where Prince Charles, Prince Philip and the royals make their baju.
To celebrate the new Malaysia after Buddha, Jesus and Siva ejected and deleted the Evil 2some I decided to get 2 white, long sleeved, slim fit Oxwhite shirts with semi cutaway collar so I dont look like my father. Another plus is non-iron cotton mixed fabric so it is drip dry all the way and I never iron my clothes anyway as they get crumpled within minutes of moving so why bother.
It arrived like Net-a-Porter! And inside, each shirt was masterfully cut and exquisitely presented! The delivery was a class act and I went through the process of opening the box the same way I do with expensive designer shirts!
And the price! Another reason to suspect C.K Chang is laundering money---how can he make profit selling at RM 69?
The answer is selling by bulk in high volume!
6,000 shirts were sold during his launch last June 2018 so if he makes RM 30 profit per shirt that day alone he made RM 180,000! Better than blogging! If he makes this amount daily I better be his new best friend!
