MARBLE 8

Marble 8 is a luxury steakhouse by The Marini’s Group, founded and owned by Cavaliere Modesto Marini. It is located at Level 56, Menara 3 Petronas, a floor below its sister restaurant Marini’s on 57.

The premier steakhouse is known for its dry- and wet-aged beef where they use prime cuts of superior quality and their signature cuts are treated in a custom-built dry-aging cellar that allows the tightly controlled dry-ageing process to be observed.

At Marble 8, guests can experience elevated steakhouse dining where premium Wagyu and Angus are cooked to perfection, along with other seafood or vegetarian culinary options. Marble 8’s Wagyu and Angus beef come from some of the largest independent suppliers of beef from Australia.

Every cut available at Marble 8 has been handpicked by Cavaliere Modesto specifically based on his requirements of the Marble 8 cut, which is also halal-certified.

THE BEST BEEF IN KL IS TENDER LOIN ON THE BONE---NO IF'S OR BUT'S!

A unique characteristic of the Marble 8 cuts dry-aged in Malaysia is that they are all delivered with the bones still attached. This "bone-in meat" method improves the flavours and aroma of the beef while they are aged for at least 21 days – in the case of wet-aged beef, it is vacuum-sealed to retain its natural juices.

This premier steakhouse first opened in May 2014 at the former Jalan Binjai (now known as Persiaran KLCC). However, construction of the MRT Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) line which affected the Persiaran KLCC area led to Marble 8 closing its doors on 31 January 2017 to relocate. The restaurant began receiving guests at its new location on 7 April 2017.
