COLOURED DREAMS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN COLOURED DIAMONDS FROM TIFFANY!
Each costs millions of ringgit but then so do dreams when they come true. Some coloured diamonds are so vivid and saturated they resemble semi-precious stones so only you will know these colourful gems are actually diamonds worth a king's ransom!
I always like the notion of only the wearer knowing the worth of the bling he or she is wearing. So what if the world thinks you are wearing a semi-precious stone or a real diamond. One should wear jewels for personal pleasure and the inexplicable joy it brings and not to show off the state of your bank account!

A super rare green diamond. I only ever saw one in my life and that was at Graff in Bind Street, London. Now here is another in New York. This green diamond is only 1.75 carats which is small for a white or colourless diamond but monstrous for a green diamond which was created via radiation for millions of years! Isn't it amazing to think this stone was irradiated nonstop for millenia and is now on your finger? A diamond that has been exposed to radiation is really something to write home to Mum!
These 2 perfectly matched yellow diamonds total 12.5 carats and are delicious as candy. Two yellow diamonds of near identical sizes are rare compared to a single stone of any size since finding its twin is not easy
A large 15.04 carat fancy vivid yellow diamond can light up an entire room and your spirits. The yellow colour ironically comes from so-called impurities trapped inside during its formation and in this case it is due to nitrogen atoms. This is small compared to the world famous Tiffany Yellow Diamond weighing 128.54 carats but that is not for sale and not for loan. In its history, only 2 women have worn it; Mrs Sheldon Whitehouse for the 1967 Tiffany Ball and Audrey Hepburn in 1961 for publicity photos for Breakfast at Tiffany's. So you may have to make do with this for the time being.
A super rare 0.74 carat, fancy vivid orange diamond is to die for. An orange diamond this size is tiny compared to a 200 carat diamond but its colour makes it worth the same as a 20-carat diamond! Orange diamonds have high optical dispersion and disperse light of different colours. A loose, unset stone this size costs around half a million ringgit so this diamond-set baby must be RM 2 to RM 3 million.

The central stone is rather tiny at a mere 1.2 carats but itis Fancy Greenish-Blue diamond and the Art Deco diamond setting of baguette stones is outstanding.
Yellow, light purple and green diamonds of the finest magnitude!
TIFFANY PRESENTS THE WORLD’S RAREST FANCY COLOR
DIAMONDS
Exclusive
Colors of Wonder Collection Highlights Tiffany’s 175th Anniversary
Tiffany & Co., the premier jeweler, presents a
collection of fancy color diamonds that is a milestone in its great diamond
heritage. The debut of Colors of Wonder:
The Rarest Diamonds in the World is momentous both because of the extreme
rarity of the stones and because they are introduced during Tiffany’s 175th
anniversary.
“These diamonds
are the most sought-after stones in the world,” said Jon King, Executive Vice
President, Tiffany & Co. “What better way to celebrate our heritage than
with these magnificent treasures. It is so exciting for us to present our
customers with diamonds of such superb quality and settings that showcase their
magnificent color.”
The collection is a marvel of nature, a glorious continuum of color
that captures blossoms at peak perfection, the vibrancy of sea and sky, and the
magic of fire and light. Each stone is hand cut and mounted in a custom design
that reveals its captivating beauty from every angle.
Tiffany Yellow Diamonds delight the eye with a tantalizing color
that is as pure as sunlight. A 3.20-carat fancy yellow diamond radiates glamour
in a pendant with sparkling white diamonds. Drop earrings showcase two
perfectly matched square emerald-cut fancy vivid yellow diamonds of 12.05 total
carats. Rings with these color-saturated stones light up a room. A 15.04-carat
oval fancy vivid yellow diamond in an open setting of white diamonds lifts the
spirit with its sunny hue. A 6.14-carat radiant cut fancy vivid yellow diamond
is circled with a double row of bead-set white diamonds, and a 1.75-carat
cushion-cut fancy vivid yellow-green diamond evokes the first sign of spring,
nestled in diamonds.
Elegant rings
with pink diamonds bloom like roses. Among them are a 6.07-carat round modified
brilliant fancy pink diamond bordered with white diamonds, and a 4.47-carat
pear-shaped fancy pink diamond contour ring. A ring with an extraordinary
.74-carat cushion-cut fancy vivid orange diamond pays stylish tribute both to
fashion and the mysteries of the natural world.
Tiffany’s
blue diamonds exhibit an electrifying color. The collection includes rings with
a 5.02-carat rectangular modified brilliant fancy blue diamond and a 3.15-carat
rectangular modified brilliant fancy intense bluish green diamond that exude
nature’s splendor with every movement. A 1.20-carat rectangular modified
brilliant fancy greenish blue is surrounded by a striking Art Deco pattern of
diamond baguettes.
These
dazzling creations take their place in a 175-year legacy of excellence
epitomized by the 128.54-carat Tiffany Diamond, one of the most important fancy
color diamonds in the world. Tiffany’s reputation as a premier diamond jeweler
is also rooted in its historic jewelry collections that were awarded gold
medals at international expositions over two centuries and established Tiffany
& Co. as a world-renowned jeweler. As a result, founder Charles Lewis
Tiffany (1812–1902) became the jeweler of America ’s growing wealthy class,
who selected his lavish creations with yellow, blue and green diamonds for
their galas, costume balls and weddings.
Now as then,
Tiffany’s colored diamonds are part of an elite class with precise rules of
entry. Only about one in 10,000 diamonds is a fancy color, and Tiffany accepts
only the very best of them. Each stone is precisely cut to maximize hue and
must exhibit unparalleled color that is evenly distributed, with perfection of
tone and saturation. To wear any one of these remarkable stones is to appreciate and to
touch the rarest diamonds on earth.
Colors of Wonder: The Rarest Diamond in the World, is on view at The Tiffany Salon, located in the Tiffany flagship
store on Fifth Avenue ,
from now through the end of the year.
