achieved numerous awards and accolades, including three AA Rosettes. Since
arriving, Dan has worked closely with our world-renowned Consultant Chef,
Johann Lafer, to create an innovative series of menus inspired by fresh,
locally-sourced produce.

Bath Spa in recent weeks. England Rugby player, George Ford, enjoyed some
rest and relaxation during England’s triumphant Six Nations campaign. We

in Fashion our pastry chef will be creating a special Afternoon Tea
served from 18th – 24th April. This fashion-inspired Afternoon Tea features
a selection of fine sandwiches, hand-made scones with clotted cream & jam
