Water that is PH 8.5 to 9.5 is perfect for drinking and healthy cooking. This electrolytically reduced, hydrogen rich water works to restore your body to a more alkaline state which is the most ideal state for the human body. 

It is ideal for drinking (of course lah!), food preparation, cooking soups and stews as well as coffee, tea and beverages.

Drink Kangen water throughout the day. It is very easy to do as I finish at least 10 glasses as Kangen water has no odour and so easy to vanish down my throat without any effort! Your daily 8 glasses of wate recommended by ALL doctors is now a breeze! I used to add lemon juice but now no need, haha! Though of course I guess lemon can only enhance Kangen water.

I don't cook but friends insist washing meat, vegetables and fish with Kangen water does wonders to them. tip--pre boil in Kangen water for best results.

Your filter can be adjusted from Alkaline to Acidic so use PH 7 when preparing baby food. 

You can adjust your Kangen filter to PH 6 or 4 under Beauty water which is not for drinking (that's PH 8.5 to 9.5) as this is slightly acidic water. Ideal for its astringent effect. I have tried it on my hair to make it more glossy and to wash/rinse my face. I just carry a small pail of Kangen water from kitchen to bathroom.

This Beauty water is also to rinse the fur of dogs and cats as well as washing your face.

Enagic Malaysia says you can use Kangen water instead of conditioner to detangle hair and it works! I can comb my hair easily now and strands don't fall off when brushing hair! But I am kiasu and use conditioner for extra potency! 

I even put Kangen water inside a spray bottle and spritz it on my face and hair throughout the day!
