Firefly
offers tantalizing RM 29 domestic flights; new Kota Bharu - Langkawi route to
launch.
Starting
on 7th until 11th September, Firefly will be
offering domestic flight tickets at an enticingly low and attractive rate of RM
29 one-way. Or RM 58 return as presumably you need return home unless you intend to walk back.
Firefly CEO Ignatius Ong said, “As we had just celebrated Merdeka Day and Malaysia
Day is right around the corner, in the spirit of promoting travel within the
country, Firefly is offering these
incredible rates to the everyone in Malaysia.
"This is a great opportunity for families who wish to
go on family-trips within the country during the coming school holidays, which
falls on 19th to 27th of September.”
“We believe Malaysians - or any resident within the country for that matter - would
definitely appreciate this incredibly low-priced offer during this time, when
economic conditions within the country are less than desirable,” Ong added.
Firefly customers can
start booking their tickets at 12:00 a.m. on Monday 7th September, right
until 11:59 p.m on Friday 11 September. Travel period will be from 21 September 2015 to 26 March 2016.
Additionally, Firefly
is set to launch a new route, with flights between the north-eastern city of
Kota Bharu, Kelantan TO the Island of Langkawi. This new route will commence
on 27 October later this year. Flights for this route are every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Ong added, “We
expect this route to be a boon and great convenience to our customers on the
north-eastern side of the country who wish to travel to the paradise island of
Langkawi. Incidentally, customers can also take advantage of our RM 29 offer to
travel on this route.”
