MANY SWEAR VILLAGE PARK RESTAURANT SERVES THE BEST NASI LEMAK IN MALAYSIA BUT TO ME, THEY ARE AMONG TOP 3 TOGETHER WITH NASI LEMAK ANTARABANGSA IN KAMPUNG BARU, MADAM KWAN AND MEJA@TREC!
But at RM 9 it is certainly the cheapest. So Village Park offers the best value this side of observable universe in proper, comfortable restaurant though it was packed to the rafters when I was there n 25 January 2016. We were literally dining elbow to elbow with strangers on long tables. So the owners are raking in money by the containerload!
Antarabangsa runs a close second and can be cheaper if you don't order chicken but you often have to sit at tables next to open sewers and I have seen rats once or twice! But this is long a favourite among KLites while Madam Kwan costs RM 14.50 or has it gone up again and Meja is RM 25 but at lunch it is half priced!
