WELCOME TO FRENCH SOLE KUALA LUMPUR
1-Classic Minimal French Sole’s AW17 Collection brings back ‘Classic Minimal’, classic pieces which go ‘Back to Basics’.
Transitioning from summer to autumn, French Sole welcomes back the sixties style monochrome colour palette in our ever-popular classic styles playing on femininity, comfort and style.
The collection comes in velvets, glitters, animal prints and luxury leathers in darker hues. The French Sole must-have ‘Boardwalker’ has been given an autumnal update and returns in deep blue and black velvets.
These pieces of Classic Minimal bring luxe to a casual style, with silver embroidery of the ever-popular French Sole designs of the ‘Lock and Key’ and ‘Sun, Moon and Stars’.
French Sole’s ‘Henrietta’ and ‘India’ styles return in glitters of gold ombre, silver ombre, green, grey and bronze and animal prints to reinforcing the simplicity and luxe feel to Classic Minimal.
Tweed is also introduced in the ‘Henrietta’ style as well as the ‘Moocher’ keeping this collection on trend. The ‘Moocher’ is back in four of its classic styles and the new addition of tweed with a black toecap. These are the epitome of comfort as well as style whilst on the go.
2 Midnight Garden
The second element of French Sole’s AW17 collection, ‘Midnight Garden’, combines luxurious velvets and embroidery with a floral and wildlife twist. The predominant colours in this collection are blacks highlighted with brighter emerald blues, reds, whites and pinks.
The much-loved ‘Hefner’ slippers are back as hero pieces. Coming in black and blue velvet with embroidery of beetles, butterflies, and feathers, they add luxe and a sense of delicacy to the magical mysterious aspects of nature as well as an essential wardrobe update.
The popular bunny embroidered slipper returns as and we see the addition of silver studs. The Midnight Garden collection sees the classic ‘Henrietta’ style also with studs and new tweeds in black and blue.
French Sole’s ‘Love Heart’ style also comes in black velvet with a glitter heart and glitter with a burgundy velvet heart. These reinforce the sense of romance and glamour to the collection.
3 Patch Perfect
The third phase of the collection is ‘Patch Perfect’. Animal prints, colour-popping red and pink velvets and embroidery on French Sole’s best selling styles, ballet flats, the casual sneaker and slipper, bring new vibrant outfit updates.
French Sole sneakers, the perfect casual shoe for on the go, come in two styles; the new lace-up Sneaker as well as the much-loved ‘Moocher’. The new sneaker style combines black velvet with bright flower embroidery and a French Sole favourite, the bee.
The ‘Moocher’ also coming in beautiful burgundy velvet with a burgundy crocodile toe cap. ‘Arabella’, ‘Henrietta’ and ‘Simple’ styles also welcome this new colour palette in the collection with red and fuchsia velvets and darker animal prints. The low block heeled, square toed, ‘Carla’, returns this season in two new styles.
The first, jaguar print with a black heel and jaguar buckle on the front and the second, black velvet with patent burgundy heel and jaguar toecap. Not only are these perfect as a more formal shoe but fun and comfortable. Patch Perfect’s new ‘Hefner’ slippers are heroes to this collection.
This iconic style comes in new designs that are eye catching, bold and wardrobe essentials for AW17. The new designs come with ‘Bee and Honey-Pot’ embroidery, in leopard print with a gold crown on its toe, black and leopard velvets with floral embroidery also.
These are fun twists on a French Sole style favourite. Patch Perfect also sees the return of the much-loved ‘Bee and Honeycomb’, ‘Queen Bee’, ‘Lock and Key’ and ‘Tassel’.
