"Congratulations to Miss Malaysia Kebaya (MMK), Founder andPresident Mr. Jason Hee; the National Director and Organising Chairlady Miss Nicole Fe Lynne for the continuous effort
in reviving the awareness of culture
and heritage to our nation and the
younger generation.
"To my knowledge, this is Miss Malaysia Kebaya's 6th annual event and
the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia has been supporting
MMK's event since year 2012 .
"Thus this year, we decided to work hand in hand again with the organizer
knowing their concept and mission
is in line with the Ministry's objective
in ensuring the culture and arts industry
of this country continue to bloom and
gain international recognition.
"By supporting Mr.Jason Hee and his effort as the content provider, this collaboration may assist the Ministry to promote our culture, our local food as well as the other products through their non-stop activities throughout the year.
"In this regard, the Ministry will mark Miss Malaysia Kebaya activities and events in our 2019 calendar as this is a good collaboration especially when the MMK team are working hard and putting their passion in their work for the country to benefit all.
"Moreover, I would like to welcome
and fully encourage all private sectors, NGOs and individual sponsors to support such a meaningful event like
this.
"Therefore, I am indeed happy to support
this program in carrying Malaysia's name to all parts of the world especially with
Miss Kebaya World Beauty Contest next
year as branding-marketing-advertising
platform to our country.

Aini Sophie Shamsol Rahim, a charming 18 year old student and multi-genre dancer from Melaka was crowned Miss Malaysia Kebaya 2018, while Nur Hazwani Che Rahim, an industrious 30 year old medical doctor and freelance hijab model was crowned Mrs Kebaya Malaysia 2018, at the pageants' finals at Auditorium DBKL in Kuala Lumpur Friday 14 December 2018.
Aini Sophie also won the Miss Talent. Miss Popularity and Miss Photogenic subsidiary titles.
The winners were picked by panel of celebrated judges that included Bumiputra Designers Association President Bon Zainal, Glitterama President Datin Maylene Yong, Founder of A Cut Above Datin Winnie Loo, Mr Malaysia World 2016 Tony Mohd Yusuf, World Class Beauty Queen Asia Ambassador 2018 Samantha Go, Miss Malaysia Kebaya 2013/14 Sunshine Aileen Dewi Eric, DBKL Choreographer En. Yusuf and Mrs Malaysia World 2009 Trincy Low.
The cultural oriented pageant was organised by Miss Malaysia Kebaya Organisation and supported by Tourism Malaysia and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL). Rentak Sejuta is the official media partner to the pageant and keehuachee.blogspot.com is the world's greatest blog to cover it.
