ANYTIME IS A GREAT TIME TO VISIT HONG KONG BUT NONE MORE SO DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER WHEN THE LIGHTS TURN HING KONG INTO A MAGICAL WONDERLAND AND THE SHOPS ALL SPORT THE MAGIC WORDS 'SALE'!

I STOP EVERYTHING AND DROP EVERYONE (EVEN MY STRING OF LOVERS) IF THERE IS A TRIP TO HONG KONG. I MUST HAVE VISITED HONG KONG MAYBE 50 TIMES BUT STILL LOVE IT! SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FLAT ON MY FIRST VISIT AS I WOULD BE A MILLIONAIRE NOW BUT NO POINT WEEPING OVER SPILLED MILK!

I LOVE INTERCONTINENTAL HONG KONG---BOTH OF THEM!

THE FLAGSHIP INERCONTINENTAL IS 3 MINUTES WALK FROM THE PENINSULA BUT THE GRAND STANFORD IS ALSO A MAGNIFICENT INTERCONTINENTAL. IT IS ALSO ROUND THE CORNER AT MODY ROAD IN TSIM SHA TSUI EAST AND ALSO OFFERS MAGNIFUCENT HARBOUR VIEWS ACROSS THE HARBOUR ALL THE WAY TO THE WORLD FAMOUS PANORAMA OF CENTRAL. YOU REALLY SHOULD STAY ON KOWLOON SIDE RATHER THAN ON HING KONG ISLAND AKA CENTRAL AS THE BEST VIEWS OF CENTRAL ARE FROM KOWLOON.

BOTH INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS ARE SUPER 5 STARS AND WILL COST THOUSANDS OF RINGGIT PER NIGHT BUT IF THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO CELEBRATE WHAT A GOOD YEAR 2011 HAS BEEN, THEN WHEN?

EVEN IF 2011 HAS BEEN A LOUSY YEAR, TAKE REVENGE BY PAMPERING YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY OR LOVER TO THE HILT!

The best way to treat the ills and slings of outrageous fortune is to live well. I think William Shakespeare says it better but I am not the Bard of Gombak river so don't snipe or make snide remarks about me.

The Harbour View Suite I recommend costs RM 4,100 per night but they have cheaper rooms at around RM 1500 but don't be a Scrooge as you know what happened to him though of course there is a happy ending but why go through all the trauma and drama when you can use yoru credit card and live it up?
