A BRAND NEW BGT LAKEVIEW RESTAURANT
On the 15th
of June, BGT Lakeview Restaurant in Kelana Jaya will re-launch as a contemporary modern fusion
restaurant.
BGT Lakeview Restaurant has received a new lease on
life with a brand new menu, ambience, and identity on 15th of
June through a re-launch at the restaurant.
The event featured a 12 course tasting menu comprising of the best selections from the new
menu. Chef Justin Yap performed a food demonstration to delight
attendees with a culinary expose of the dishes served.
The restaurant opened in 2014 by young entrepreneur Joyce Yiap and seasoned businessman CK
Teh with the vision of creating a sustainable brand of quality thus the brand
moniker “Beholder of Great Taste.” With changing tastes and times, they decided
to upgrade the restaurant with the help of the food consultant company
Pangsultation.
The restaurant
underwent a complete renovation to the theme of “Garden by the Lake” taking
advantage of the natural beauty found in its location. Additionally, a brand
new menu upgrade will turn the restaurant’s cuisine into a contemporary modern
fusion gastronomical delight.
The restaurant
will also be making changes to its service period with lunch no longer served on weekdays but a new high tea canapé buffet priced at RM 36.00
will be served from 1.00pm to 5pm and dinner service will begin from 5pm to
11.30pm. On weekends, the restaurant will open at 11am for a special brunch
menu priced at RM 35.00, which will end at 2.00pm after which the high tea canapé
buffet and dinner service will resume.
