The world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky boasts range of pioneering whiskies
Glenfiddich, the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky, boasts a range of exquisite
whiskies and this year celebrates 125 years of pioneering whisky making.

From the world’s favourite malt - Glenfiddich 12 Year Old - to the rare and precious Glenfiddich 50 Year Old, Glenfiddich proudly continues the pioneering legacy of its founder, William Grant, to produce the ‘best dram in the valley.’

Glenfiddich 12 Year Old

Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is the true pioneer of the prestigious single malt Scotch whisky

category and is enjoyed by more people around the world than any other single malt Scotch
whisky. Aged for 12 years in American and Spanish oak casks, this multi award-winning and globally renowned whisky celebrates the sense of adventure which underpins Glenfiddich.

The nose of Glenfiddich 12 Year Old has a delicately balanced fragrance, with distinctively fresh and fruity notes and a hint of pear. Its taste is characteristically sweet with fruity flavours, which then develops into elements of butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavour. The finish is long, smooth and mellow.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old

Made using a pioneering distillation process unique to Glenfiddich, Glenfiddich 15 Year Old

is the true expression of the brand’s adventurous and forward thinking approach to whisky-making. Having matured in three types of oak cask; sherry, bourbon and new oak, the
whisky is left to marry in a handcrafted Solera Vat until its distinctive notes of rich fruit, spice
and honey are realised, making it a truly original whisky.
The nose of Glenfiddich 15 Year Old is intriguingly complex with sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits. Its taste is silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger – reminiscent of Christmas cake. Full bodied and
bursting with flavour, the Glenfiddich 15 Year Old has a satisfyingly rich and lingeringly sweet finish.

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old

Glenfiddich 18 Year Old bears testament to the skill, sense of adventure and

pioneering spirit of the distillery’s craftsmen. Produced in small, individually numbered
batches, Glenfiddich 18 Year Old combines a touch of fruity sweetness from the Spanish
Oloroso wood and an oakiness from the traditional American casks.

After being married in wooden tuns for at least three months, its rich, mellow flavours come together to create an exceptionally smooth and remarkably deep single malt Scotch whisky. Each batch is unique and is of an extraordinary quality.

The nose of Glenfiddich 18 Year Old is remarkably rich, with ripe orchard fruit, spiced apple and a robust oakiness. Its taste richly delivers luxurious dried fruit, candy peel and dates overlaid with elegant oak notes. With a warming finish, the Glenfiddich 18 Year Old is a

rewarding and distinguished whisky to enjoy.

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old

The exceptional Glenfiddich 21 Year Old is testament to Glenfiddich’s inspiring, adventurous and pioneering approach to whisky-making. Uniquely finished for up to four months in hand-selected bourbon barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean, the whisky is infused with a rich and indulgent toffee sweetness.

The nose of Glenfiddich 21 Year Old is intense and sweet, with floral hints of banana, figs
and rich toffee. Its taste is initially soft, then brisk and vibrant, peppery, with a touch of
smoke, vanilla, ginger, lime, spices and new leather. Glenfiddich 21 Year Old has a very long, warming and spicy finish.

Glenfiddich 30 Year Old

Crafted with exceptional care and precision, Glenfiddich 30 Year Old is the ultimate

expression of Glenfiddich’s exacting standards and adventurous nature. Aged in Oloroso
sherry and bourbon casks - all of which are hand selected by Glenfiddich Malt Master, Brian
Kinsman, to ensure they possess an exquisite complexity of fragrance and flavour -
Glenfiddich 30 Year Old is the perfect dram for delighting in life’s most rewarding

The nose of Glenfiddich 30 Year Old is finely balanced with substantial oakiness
matched by fruit and luscious sherry notes. Its taste is complex and seductively woody, with dark chocolate flavours which are emphasised by a floral sweetness. Its finish is exceedingly long, honeyed and warm.

Glenfiddich 40 Year Old

Glenfiddich 40 Year Old is an exquisite single malt whisky created using the innovative
remnant vatting system, pioneered by Glenfiddich. Each year our Malt Master, Brian
Kinsman, hand selects truly exceptional casks and marries them with the remnant of
previous 40 year old vattings.

This unique process results in a peerless single malt Scotch whisky of infinite richness and harmony.

The nose of the Glenfiddich 40 Year Old is beautifully rich with layer upon layer of dried
fruits, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and ripe black cherries and occasional notes of gentle
wood smoke, polished leather and cloves.

The taste is silky smooth and luxurious with initial flavours of intense dried fruits, Christmas cake, dates, raisins and stewed apples which are later taken over by slightly dryish oak and some bitter chocolate notes with a mere hint of

The finish is incredibly long lasting and complex – a truly memorable experience.

Glenfiddich 50 Year Old

Glenfiddich 50 Year Old is one of the rarest and most precious expressions of authentic

single malt whisky ever released by Scotland’s most distinguished distillery.

It is a true product of time, inspiration and adventure, having spent 50 years maturing in oak casks, allowing for its complex and sensuous flavours to mellow and smooth over the years.

Glenfiddich 50 Year Old is imbued with a unique preciousness that only time can bring, and

remains remarkably light and elegant on the palate. The nose is beautifully harmonious with
an uplifting, vibrant and complex aroma.

The taste is initially sweet with a zesty orange

marmalade and vanilla toffee, which then cascades through a wonderful series of layers:
aromatic herbs, floral and soft fruits, silky oak tannin and hints of gentle smoke.

The finish is exceptionally long with a touch of dry oak and the merest trace of peat.

Glenfiddich Rich Oak

Delicately finished in untouched American and European oak casks, Glenfiddich
honoured the distillery’s long history of adventurous wood mastery with the release
of a 14 year old Glenfiddich Rich Oak single malt Scotch whisky.

The use of untouched European oak casks is a first for the single malt whisky industry, making Glenfiddich Rich Oak a key player in a long line of groundbreaking and pioneering whiskies from the world’s most awarded distillery.

The nose of Glenfiddich Rich Oak is a complex harmony of fresh fruits and spices. Its initial
spicy oak notes are followed by vibrant vanilla and rich dried fruit. After this come hints of
freshly sawn wood and dried fruits, raisins and apricots.

With time, some softer toffee notes appear, alongside caramelised pear and gentle fragrant floral aromas. To taste, Glenfiddich Rich Oak is rich and sweet vanilla with a silky texture and elegant hints of fruit. At first the taste is mouth tingling and spicy, the flavour then becomes deeper and richer with time and has a subtle nutty character. The finish liners for a long time with warming, spicy oak notes.

Glenfiddich Age of Discovery Madeira Cask Finish

Glenfiddich Age of Discovery Madeira Cask Finish, which celebrates the adventurous spirit of Portuguese explorers in the 15th Century, is Glenfiddich’s first-ever 19 Year Old single malt

Scotch whisky.

Pioneering the sea routes from Europe to Thailand and Malaysia in search for the sea

passage to India, Portuguese explorers established the city of Macao, in China, gave Taiwan the name ilha Formosa (Beautiful Island) and discovered the islands of Porto Santo and Madeira, revolutionising our understanding of the world.
Rich and delicious, 19 Year Old Glenfiddich Age of Discovery Madeira Cask Finish has aromas
of ripe fig, caramelised fruit and spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper.

Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix

In October 2010, Glenfiddich launched Snow Phoenix - a unique whisky born of chance and

adversity which commemorates a moment of drama in Glenfiddich’s long history. In January
2010, after weeks of heavy snow and record low temperatures, four feet of densely
compacted snow which covered the Glenfiddich distillery roofs, caused a number of the
warehouses to collapse, leaving the maturing oak casks exposed to the night sky.

In wintery conditions and temperatures of -19˚C, distillery staff swung into action, working round the clock to clear the snow.

The result - Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix - was created by marrying together natural strength

and non-chill filtered casks of different ages and finishes, including American oak and
Oloroso sherry.

The nose of Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix is creamy vanilla mingling with vibrant notes of apple and pear complemented by the scent of fresh blossom. The taste is reminiscent of apples roasted in the embers of a campfire, sweetened with heather honey and accompanied by a piece of chocolate, rich and complex with a whiff of burned sugar,

coffee and woodsmoke.

It has an exceptionally long finish - austere sherry notes mellow into a satisfying sweetness. The distinctive monochrome packaging and amazing photography pays dramatic homage to this exceptional whisky and details this exceptional story.
