Her avant-garde style of old Victoriana plus a sniff of space age was Designer of the Year not once or twice but thrice. Twice at MIFA and the lastest at Mercedes-Benz Stylo Awards in 2009.

Her 3 labels are permanent best sellers---Melinda Looi Couture, Melinda Looi Pret-a-Porter and MELL which are sold in Malaysia and select stores in Europe, Australia and Middle East. There is a sub-line MELL Basics featuring certified organic cotton.

Like Amee Philips, Princess Becky Leogardo, Nancy Hagbloom, Shirley Lenz, Dato Shake and myself, a local is not good enough and we prefer imported goods so Melinda married German Dirk Luebbert in 2003 and have 3 children the last time I counted but there can be more since I can't stand kids and prefer dogs.

Dirk Luebbert abandoned Allemagne ie Germany for Malaysia and conveniently works for wifey as MD of Mellooi Creation which looks after Melinda Looi Lai Yee's fashion empire. So nice to have a white guy working for you as free labour though I guess Dirk insists on his wife paying him. I wouldn't if I were Mell.

Anyway he told me his wife and Datin Yong Maylene were chatting about her latest chinky new year collection and Melinda invited her to have a looKEE mapuKee.

Datin Maylene suggested bringing a few friends and Mell said OKEE DoKEE alrightee. "A few friends" turned out to be 23 and then 45!

But the food and champagne were limitless when I dropped in to pay my respects. They have just moved down the road and their new premises is double storey and even flaunts a JEEVES signboard. JEEVES is the world's best laundry service headquartered in London.

Article was interesting, the photos... not so much. Try not to use flash often. Allow ample lighting for the room. Taking photographs in those condition made pretty people look bad.

Some of the photos were taken better- but try not to take photos with the harsh, direct lighting. Use a lightbox if must.

Hello dear guys,

The area and neighborhood is the most important thing to consider when building a laundromat business. The best laundromats in Toronto are as hard to find as a missing sock. There are thousands of them in the city, and most are destined to ruin your clothes sooner or later (probably sooner). But laundromats force us into the uneasy choice of convenience over quality, so we take our chances with unreliable washers and unclean dryers simply because we can walk over to the place in our pyjamas.Read more at-:Iaundromat 24 hours Toronto

Thanks and welcome

Hi
These days Laundromats are euipped with vending machines. The other utilities that onecan find in a laundromat are hanging racks, rolling carts, etc. these places are very helpful for people who are living on their own, away from their families.Read more at- Iaundromat 24 hours Toronto
