Romantic Valentine’s at Charming C’est La B
Pacific Place & Tai Hang
Charming C'est La B café-bars
in Pacific Place and Tai Hang are celebrating Valentine’s Day with a characteristically
chic menu on February 14. The most romantic dinner of the year priced at HK$320
+10% service charge per person or guests can have a choice to celebrate the
fancy day with a glass of Veuve Clicquot
Rosé Champagne priced at HK$520 +10% service
charge per person.
C'est La B is renowned for its creative,
delightful environment with brightly-coloured butterfly designs fluttering
around interiors and crockery deliberately mismatched.
Branding hints at the name of its celebrity founder
Bonnae Gokson, while borrowing the casual French phrase “c’est la vie”, meaning
“such is life”.
Starter is ‘Red & H❤t for U’ Tomato Bisque, followed by main
course of succulent Roasted Beef Tenderloin with silky
smooth Truffle ‘Paris Mash’ and Sautéed Greens, or Pan Fried Salmon.
Romantic dessert of ‘A Little
Sweetness for the Day to say I Love You’ completes the celebration,
showcasing the bespoke brand’s signature sweet cups and taster-sized cakes, served with coffee or tea.
As such, C'est La B continues the relaxed, whimsical
philosophy inspired by Hong Kong’s diverse cosmopolitan culture at her fashionable
penthouse restaurant SEVVA atop Prince’s Building in Central.
“Our cheerful concept embraces fun, colour,
humour and life,” says Ms Gokson.
