Vintage Heartland offers a fresh new look in a collection bras, panties, that is affordably priced, quality driven and stands by a truly unique platform-of supporting sustainable practices, building a home town factory, and maintaining true values, and building a company with a heart.

We are planning on building the first technology based eco- friendly factory in Nashville Tennessee.

Vintage Heartland Brand will launch an ecommerce online store in September of 2013, and a wholesale business at the same time, along with a catalog. Our store concept is in the works also, as well as a domestic factory. This has been a labor of love and our careers have included the development of lingerie and shape wear brands for many major fashion houses, such as Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger, and consulting projects for catalogs, ecommerce businesses, and major stores, along with several celebrity labels. VHB is the culmination of that experience and it also gives us a chance to pay tribute to our southern roots and the traditional values we hold near and dear to us. Vintage Heartland Brand personifies a wholesome lifestyle for those who love country music, hometown values, great quality and design and products that are Authentic.
We wanted a brand that was not only beautiful, but affordable. Vintage Heartland Brand offers a fresh new look in a collection of comfortable bras, panties, sleepwear and loungewear that is affordably priced, quality driven and stands by a truly unique platform-of supporting sustainable practices, building a home town factory, and maintaining true values of hard work, lending a helping hand, and building a company with a heart.

Vintage Heartland keeps to our philosophy of a “Country life style brand with family values”. We believe in making old new again, and will restore old buildings for our offices & our unique retail store concept with in our new factory.
Our store concept will be built with recycled products, in abandoned buildings that have been neglected or forgotten; this will help bring to fruition, our philosophy, that small American heartland towns need to be revitalized, reinvented and cherished. We will plan to incorporate local produce stands, and juice bars within our stores, as well as locally made products.

Product/Service Details

Vintage Heartland has been built from the ground up- with passion and hard work. We worked tirelessly & accomplished all of this in a year, with all of our own resources & money.
Everyone lent a helping hand, and pitched in, even when money was tight. We knew exactly what we wanted our Vintage Heartland business to be, so we shot the photography on a sustainable farm, & we directed & styled every frame to assure our wholesome vision. We edited all the film & videos, designed our logos, store concept, website, & every piece of lingerie & sleepwear with our values in mind.
We made all our patterns to assure perfect fits and prove value driven pricing is possible, with out neglecting quality. Over 4,000 photos & 40 hours of video were shot to create my vision. Vintage Heartland offers a fresh new look in a collection of beautiful bras, panties, sleepwear and loungewear that is affordably priced, and quality driven . Our retails are from $48- $12 dollars, our bras are $28. 
We will do as much as possible to make USA items that are priced competitively, and we will continue to push this initiative, including using USA cottons, sustainable and recycled packaging, natural dyes and much more.Our goal is to produce all in our factory.
All products and fashion videos were shot on a sustainable farm.All are model are wholesome girls with natural features.
A percentage of our sales will go to the “No-farms-No food Trust”, because we believe in family values, hard work, and helping others.

Traction & Accomplishments

FACTORYAIDUSA- When I lost my job in the US, after 20 years in manufacturing & design, I wasn’t going to sleep until I found the answer on how to change the way we manufacture right here in America. So I decided to start my own brand -Vintage Heartland -but first I got on a plane.
I traveled all over Asia & India to learn how to manufacture and design apparel with new technology. My goal was to bring back all the knowledge in technology I learned overseas and apply it to an apparel factory model that I could be build right here in America. What I learned was amazing.
By using hi tech machinery and 3D computer programs and energy efficient green solutions-in the building of a factory- I cannot only make it profitable, but I can reduce our carbon footprint by 80%.
What I learned in a year was that I was able to build a factory business model to bring manufacturing in apparel back to the US-& be profitable!
I will be able to provide jobs that teach a new way to manufacture using technology. It will be cost efficient with green energy and this factory can be built in 6 months. We will welcome any brands to manufacture here. 
We plan on building the first hi tech green - factory, in Nashville for apparel, based on new and innovative technology I developed, and learned that has been proven to reduce the manufacturing time it takes to make product, increase the productivity, and quality of goods.
One of the biggest challenges facing the American economy is that we lack a domestic manufacturing base with technology for apparel.
I spent a year developing new technology in sewing, patternmaking and fit that will reduce the manufacturing cycle in half.
 The reality-There is only a 10-15% price difference between manufacturing here than in manufacturing products overseas-with the right factory model. If you factor in the costs of overseas duties, freight, loss sales due to long lead times, travel expenses to supervise overseas manufacturing, factory safety and labor issues, manufacturing product made in the USA becomes a viable and preferable solution.
Apparel manufacturing needs to be more appealing, and the challenge is better technology and a strong global reach. Now we need to work smarter here, developing factories with better technology and turning the cards by selling back to China and other foreign countries.

Global Opportunities: Do you know that 60% of the Chinese consumer wants made in the USA goodsand by selling now to them - this revenue can be used to set up more factories here, more jobs, and build back our economy-yet few are navigating this path-one which we have set up already and proven successful.
I proved this with a fashion show in China to 1 billion consumers!
I brought "Country " to China- to prove they want American brands, and set up a wholesale store and distribution channel there to help brand here sell back to China. 

How We're Different

I am no different from you- I just wanted to make a change in this great country, so I started my brand, scraped all my money together, sold everything I owned to fund this, spent 3 months in China and found a better way to manufacture right here in America and a way to sell our brands there.
I started a brand that has values, believes that helping others is what is right and hopefully can build the first hi tech -green factory right here in America, and teach people how to manufacture better and faster, support jobs here and build back our economy.
I am just one person, but I believe I can make a difference. By building a factory I can help brands, as well as Vintage Heartland sell to China and bring that revenue in to the USA to support more jobs and brands here.
I am  working with the govenour of Tennessee's office in Economic Development for our factoryaidusa-to bring this to a reality.
Now I need your help to raise the money to keep going and finish the brand and campaign to build the factory going.

Anthony Elia - Company Attorney

Attorney, and champion of the brand- who never lets us give up! 


Anthony N. Elia is a seasoned lawyer who focuses his practice on intellectual property and business matters. He is the founder of The Law Office of Anthony N. Elia, P.C. in New York City. He has significant experience in the garment industry and has represented Kellwood, Teri Jon, Rickie Freeman, and Wells Fargo Factors, among others. His high-level expertise encompasses both the procurement and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights as well as trial work and appeals.
