"At Le Port Parfumé we are dedicated to serving the freshest caught seafood sourced directly from local fishermen who harvest the bounty of the sea from the cool depths of the waters around Hong Kong. Prepared with flair and imagination, our classic yet creative dishes will delight and refresh your palate while paying homage to our twin sources of inspiration, Hong Kong and France.

Our name is French for Fragrant Harbour, the original meaning of Hong Kong, chosen to reflect the crisp, natural marine flavours and aromas inherent in the seafood we present. A refreshing simple menu is redrawn daily on a chalkboard representing our inspired take on the day's best produce.

At Le Port Parfumé we embrace cooking with spontaneity and creativity. We aim to break away from rigid, formulaic cuisine that leaves no room for surprise and ingenuity. We are constantly exploring new techniques and recipes to bring out the full exquisite flavours of the fresh ingredients they select. Our mantra is that seafood should be caught not farmed. It is chilled but never frozen to fully preserve the delicate and subtle tastes and textures of each and every fish we serve.

As befits our wine-centric philosophy we have an adventurous and exploratory selection of authentic terroir vintages from Burgundy, the Loire and the southern regions of Provence, Rhone and Languedoc Roussillon. With an ample range of half-bottles and Magnum format wine by the glass, diners may easily savour a choice of wines with their meal and perfect for food pairing.

Intimate and stylish, the restaurant accommodates up to 40 people and in a relaxed atmosphere with vintage French lottery posters and newspapers and bric a brac providing an authentic bistro atmosphere.
