'NOSE' IS ALSO MALAYSIA'S MOST SUCCESSFUL SHOES TOGETHER WITH LEWRE SHOES AND LARRY SHOES.
SO IT WAS WITH GREAT EXCITEMENT I ATTENDED THE SPRING SUMMER SHOE COLLECTION AT MID VALLEY RECENTLY AND CAME HOME THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED NOT ONLY WITH NOSES' SHOES BUT ALSO THEIR HANDBAGS WHICH ARE GIVING INTERNATIONAL BRANDS A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY.
I was also bowled flat on my face over the presentation using plastic sheets over the models in bikinis and I bet many red blooded men standing at the back had hard-ons which could not be seen as they were surrounded by the heavy crowd.
BRIGHT HUES AND WHO’S WHO
AT NOSE SPRING SUMMER 2012
FASHION SHOW
Nose celebrated their Spring Summer 2012
collection with fashionable flair on Monday, 16th April 2012 in
conjunction with Mid Valley Megamall’s Fashion Week. The star-studded event was
attended by celebrities Elaine Daly, Carmen Soo, Bernie
Chan, Andrea Fonseka,
Kimberley Leggett, Pamela Chong, Vanessa Chong, Amber Chia, Angel Chui Ling and
Chermaine Poo. Will Quah was the dashing host of the evening, entertaining the
guests with his wit and humour. Bringing together fabulous fashionistas and a
colour-filled collection, the event was filled with excitement, glamour and
fun.
The fashion presentation was introduced by
the Urban Chic collection, dazzling the crowd surrounding the runway as well as
onlookers from the upper levels. Edgy, minimalist styles were infused with
summer colours on peep-toe platform pumps and casual chic ballerina flats.
Handbags of complimentary tones and textures accessorized the models that exuded
city chic.
A
special performance by Mizz Nina surprised the audience in between the fashion
show, as she and her dancers rocked the runway with crowd favourites “What You
Waiting For?” and “Takeover”. The guests were dancing while onlookers clapped and
sang along to the energetic performance. The fashion show continued after Mizz
Nina’s performance with the Safari collection, where models dressed as summer
glamazons marched down the runway in animal-print shoes clutching handbags with
safari motifs.
The final collection, Juicy Spring, wowed
the crowd when the models emerged in white bikinis styled with PVC jackets
adorned by colourful handbags and shoes. Chunky-heeled pumps and platform
wedges were injected with bright shades of aqua, fuchsia and tangerine, adding
a pop of colour. As the 18 models paraded down the runway in Nose’s Spring
Summer 2012 Collection a huge round of applause echoed through the Mid Valley Megamall
Centre Court, marking a successful reception of the season’s items.
After the fashion presentation, Will Quah
announced the next segment of the evening – the Q&A and lucky draw. The
winner of the Q&A was awarded with RM500 worth of products from Shu Uemura,
and the lucky draw winner received a RM1000 voucher from Nose. The guests continued
to mingle and left with door gifts from Nose.
