Nouvelle Cuisine and ‘Gastrobar’ Tapas at
Hong Kong’s Iconic Revolving Restaurant


 VIEW 62 by Paco Roncero has launched a gastronomic nouvelle cuisine Sunday Brunch with a view at Hopewell Centre’s iconic revolving restaurant in Wanchai.

The weekly dining fiesta showcasing the Michelin 2-star cuisine of acclaimed Spanish Chef Paco Roncero is priced at HK$680 with non-alcoholic drinks or HK$880 with wine and Taittinger Champagne (children aged 11 or below, HK$320 with juices and soft drinks).

Highlights include a roast beef carvery and new concept of tapas bar called the “gastrobar”, which the protégé of legendary elBulli chef Ferran Adrià is famous for innovating in Madrid.

Signature specialties at Chef Paco’s trademark tapas station include green olive sphere, foie gras with spiced bread, quail salad, as well as traditional Spanish seared, pickled fish "escabeche" and Iberico ham salad with mozzarella.

Jet-fresh seafood and sashimi ranging from Canadian king crab and Boston lobster to Spanish prawn and whelk are also on the ‘produce-driven’ brunch menu.

Cold cuts including prized 36-months Iberico ham, lomo pork loin and spicy chorizo sausage are complemented by artisan Spanish cheeses.

Signature hot or cold soups change according to the season, as do main courses, that are served at the table, such as pancetta and asparagus pasta, seafood pasta, lobster rice and mushroom risotto.

An extensive selection of creative desserts and Movenpick ice-cream, and Spanish specialties such as Crema Catalana, rice pudding, almond cake and chocolate churros.

Guests are also treated to the spectacle of culinary maestros in action demonstrating some of Chef Paco’s dynamic ‘nouvelle cuisine’ techniques for recipes from the visually stunning ‘Mojito Nitro’ to ‘Passion Fruit Sherbet with Coffee Mint Vodka’.

VIEW 62 by Paco Roncero’s Sunday Brunch is served from 11.30 a.m. – 3 p.m. every Sunday, reservations are highly recommended.
