acknowledged as a global imperative, we not only paid attention to the visual
presentation when designing the dishes for our summer promotion menu, but also
ensured that only seafood
from sustainable sources is used in each of these appetising dishes.”
“The seafood dishes
featured on our summer
promotion menu, including lobster, sea cucumbers and scallops, are sourced from the
most pristine locations around the world in line with the Park’s ongoing commitment to marine conservation.
"Always health-conscious, Chinese consumers also appreciate the health benefits
of the high levels of collagen contained in sea cucumbers and bird’s nest,
which have maintained their popularity for centuries”, added Chef Lewis Lau, Executive
Chef of Ocean Park.

Park is also collaborating with Crocs™, footwear sponsor of Summer Shark Fever,
to launch the limited edition Jibbitz sets from mid-July onwards, with each set
