LAUNCHES CONTEMPORARYADDITIONS
TO TRADITIONAL STEAKHOUSE MENU
Award-winning Morton’s of Chicago, The Steakhouseis refreshing its ‘traditional steakhouse’ menu with new introductions this summer across the Asia-Pacific region – Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Macau.The new summer menu with more choice and flavour includes 16additions items including the Mixed Grill platter and new Capellini pasta.

The expanded menu introduces a new twist to traditional Morton’s of Chicago fare. Alongside signature favourites like Prime Ribeye and New York Strip, diners can find fresh Baked Stuffed Shrimp (HKD/MOP495in Hong Kong and Macau, SGD87 in Singapore, and RMB498 in Beijing and Shanghai.*)or Bone-in Veal Chop (HKD658 in Hong Kong, MOP688 in Macau, SGD109 in Singapore, and RMB688 in Beijing and Shanghai.*)

New main courses include the first-ever pasta dish on the menu Shrimp Scampi Capellini (HKD/ MOP445 in Hong Kong and Macau, SGD87 in Singapore, and RMB458 in Beijing and Shanghai.*). New alternatives for meat lovers include Chicken Bianco (HKD/MOP395 in Hong Kong and Macau, SGD52 in Singapore, and RMB328 in Beijing and Shanghai.*)

You will also find not-so-everyday items in the menu such as the Chopped Spinach Salad (HKD130 in Hong Kong, MOP120 in Macau, SGD25 in Singapore, and RMB118 in Beijing and Shanghai.*), Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries andAu Gratin Potatoes (HKD115 in Hong Kong, MOP110 in Macau, SGD24 in Singapore, and RMB100 in Beijing and Shanghai.*)

Also introduced are light summer appetiser-style platters ideal for sharing such as Tuna Tacos (HKD180 in Hong Kong / MOP185 in Macau, SGD39 in Singapore, and RMB180 in Beijing and Shanghai.*)and Short-rib Steak Tacos(HKD/ MOP120 in Hong Kong and Macau, SGD29 in Singapore, and RMB120 in Beijing and Shanghai.*)  Prosciutto-wrapped Mozzarella(HKD180 in Hong Kong / MOP185 in Macau, SGD38 in Singapore, and RMB180 in Beijing and Shanghai.*)is also perfect for summer get-togethers, joining ever-popular starter favourites like Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake.

Mixed Grills (HKD/MOP658 in Hong Kong and Macau, SGD98 in Singapore, and RMB638 in Beijing and Shanghai.*) introduce a completely new category to the menu – headlined by a symphony of Fillet of Fresh Salmon with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, Grilled Shrimp & Baked Stuffed Shrimp. Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Grilled Shrimp & Jumbo Shrimp Alexander, or a beef-seafood combo of 6oz Filet Mignon with Grilled Shrimp & Bacon-Wrapped Scallops.

Morton’s spectacular dessert choices, famed for Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake, also have a new addition – Apple Crisp (HKD/MOP145 in Hong Kong and Macau, SGD27 in Singapore, and RMB138 in Beijing and Shanghai.*) is rolling out in town now!

In addition to the menu refresh, a new contemporarydécor facelift for the brand in Hong Kong provides a differentiation between the traditional steakhouse, with itscorridor wine cellar, and a more spacious bar area.

“We are moving with the times, moving away from a traditional steakhouse concept,” said Asia Regional Director of Operations, Stephen McCrimmon. “The décor has been updated, so there are no more dark environmentsor brown leather chairs. We like lots of light and a contemporary style. As well as this, we want to welcome a different audience, we will always be popular with steak lovers but the new creative choices and seafood offerings on the menu will appeal to more tastes.”
