MIGF 2014---THE HILTON KUALA LUMPUR ASTOUNDS WITH A TRIPLE WHAMMY FEAST AT CHYNNA, GRAZE AND CHAMBERS---ALL NEW EATERIES THAT ELEVATES THE SENSES TO A NEW HEIGHT! TAKE THEM ON!

KEE@FSWMAG.COM

THE HILTON WAS MALAYSIA'S FIRST WORLD CLASS HOTEL AT JALAN SULTAN ISMAIL BEFORE IT TURNED INTO MUTIARA BUT SINCE THE NEW HILTON KL AT SENTRAL OPENED, THE HILTON IS AGAIN BACK IN ACTION AS THE PRE-EMINENT HOTEL IN TOWN!

HILTON KL HAS JUST RENOVATED ITS RESTAURANTS AND DATO STEVE DAY, FOUNDER AND ORGANISER OF MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL GOURMET FESTIVAL (MIGF), TOOK HIS GUESTS TO SAMPLE THE SIGNATURE DISHES OF NOT 1 BUT 3 HILTON RESTAURANTS!

I DID NOT TOUCH A MORSEL ALL DAY TO MAINTAIN AN EMPTY STOMACH AND THE MERRY-GO-ROUND DINING EXPERIENCE AT CHYNNA, GRAZE AND CHAMBERS WAS A MARATHON BANQUET OF EPIC PROPORTIONS.

HOW WE ALL MANAGED TO GET HOME WITHOUT EXPLODING WAS QUITE MIRACULOUS!

THE CHEF OF CHYNNA, GRAZE AND CHAMBERS WELCOMED US AND EXPLAINED EACH DISH, ONE SEEMINGLY MORE TEMPTING THAN THE OTHER!

CHYNNA RETURNED TO MIGF AFTER 2 YEARS AND I AM PLEASED TO REPORT IT IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS UNDER THE MINISTRATIONS OF COO, FUNKY CHEF LAM HOCK HIN WHO IS QUITE A SHOWMAN AND GARRULOUS SO HE IS A FUN GUY.

GRAZE THE EUROPEAN STYLE BRASSERIE IS HELMED BY CHEF AUDREY CHIN WHILE CHAMBERS UNDER CHEF KAZI HASSAN IS A CLASS ACT. CHAMBERS IS A GRILL ROOM WITH MENU AND DECOR WORTH WRITING HOME ABOUT!

CHYNNA 6-COURSE MIGF FESTIVAL MENU IS RM 263++ WITH WINE AND RM 188++ WITHOUT WINE

GRAZE 6-COURSE MIGF DINNER IS RM 270++ WITH WINE AND RM 185++ WITHOUT

CHAMBERS 5-COURSE MIGF FESTIVAL MENU IS RM 333++ WITH WINE AND RM 258++ WITHOUT WINE
