(Hong Kong, 14th July 2014) – Family restaurant Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. on The Peak is introducing a new revamped food and drink menu this July with an array of delightful new dishes sure to lure hungry diners to the iconic Hong Kong restaurant.

New appetizers on the menu, priced from HK$78 +10% service charge, include delicious seafood based dishes such as Maryland Crab Cakes served with Remoulade dippin’ sauce whilst the restaurants Traditional Shrimp Cocktail remains a firm favorite this summer.

New main course additions are sure to drive fish & meat lovers wild with mouthwatering new options such as Chipotle Crusted Tilapia including a delicious pan seared Tilapia topped with Chipotle panko bread crumbs and a creamy lobster butter sauce served with Jasmine rice, Shrimp Creole consisting of southern style shrimp in a classic Creole sauce with a mixture of tomatoes, onions, celery, bell peppers and fresh herbs served with Jasmine rice, Seafood Pasta including sautéed shrimp, mussels & clams in Bubbas favorite garlic butter wine sauce, served on penne pasta and tossed in homemade marinara sauce and Net Catch Entree including beer steamed peel ‘n’ eat shrimp along with carrots, celery, corn, potatoes and Andouille sausage all steamed and tossed with garlic spice or Bubba’s secret Cajun spice recipe.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.’s famous southern cooking meets the sea with the addition of the iconic restaurants new ‘Surf & Turf’ menu options designed to eliminate that ‘meat or fish’ decision. Dinners can choose from three new options including Lt. Dan’s Surf & Turf consisting of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.’s award winning slow roasted baby back pork ribs along with a skewer of shrimp and French fries or Forrest’s Surf & Turf including finest grilled USDA New York steak & skewered shrimp served with mashed potatoes and a frizzled onion or King Crab Combo consisting of a half-pound of Alaskan King Crab legs served up with grilled USDA New York steak and mashed potatoes.

Dessert lovers will also be satisfied with the added bonus of a new magical dessert - the Ice Cream Caramel Spice Cake including warm caramel spice crumb cake served with Vanilla Ice cream topped with caramel sauce.

New drinks on the menu include Bubba’s Groovy Summer Shindig menu consisting of a selection of new thirst quenching drinks sure to help keep dinners cool this summer. The  menuincludes three non-alcoholic drinks for kids including creations such as Flower Power Punch consisting of a dynamite blend of tropical fruit juices with a touch of 7UP, Strawberry Mango Chiller including tropical mango and luscious strawberry swirl together with Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.’s secret frozen lemonade and Watermelon Lemonade including fresh watermelon blended with lemonade and a splash of 7UP.

For those parents who would like a little something extra in their drink the Bubba’s Groovy Summer Shindig Menu also includes a variety of groovy summer drinks for adults such as the Summer Breeze including Vodka, Grapefruit liqueur, Silver Tequila, Pineapple juice and 7UP and Disco Tea including Peach Vodka, Lemonade and 7UP.
