In celebration of the
holy month of Ramadan, our brigade of chefs led by Kembali Kitchen’s Sous
Chef Mohd Bahar Abdullah will take you on a gourmet journey with a myriad
of mouthwatering home-cooked delicacies where over 150 dishes are offed on the
buffet.
With a total of five menus rotated daily comprising appetizers, ulam-ulam & salads, soups, main courses,
and desserts, the choices are simply endless! Must try items on the main course
includes Daging
Tulang Rawan Asam Pedas, Kambing Kari Kering Pedas, Ayam Panggang Percik, Ikan
Asam Pedas, Daging Rendang Hitam Pedas, Kambing Maysor dengan Potatoes, Kupang
Masak Tom Yam, Paru Goreng Berlada dengan Bawang, Udang Goreng Berempah, Ketam
Masak Tomato, Ayam Tandoori with Pickles Onion, Ikan Merah masak Sauce Thai Red
Curry, Sotong Goreng Tepung, Pucuk Masak Lemak Cilipadi, Ikan Bawal Hitam Sauce
Lada Hijau, Udang Masak Kalio, Ketam Masak Lemak Cilipadi dengan Nenas, Udang
Goreng Kunyit dengan bawang and lots more await diners.

everyone, the buffet spread also offers a sumptuous selection of International
specialties.
Apart from traditional
Malay cuisine and International dishes, don’t miss our chefs in action and
choose your favourite dishes from the selection at the action stalls. With the elaborate counter displays of food, diners are
spoilt for choice when it comes to dining at Kembali Kitchen this
Ramadan.
Besides offering
assortment of tantalizing delicacies, the feast boasts live ‘ghazal’
performance by Arawsa Band. For the convenience of our Muslim guests,
the hotel also has prayer rooms for diners to perform the Maghrib prayer.
Kembali Kitchen buka puasa
menu starts from 1 to 25 July 2014 from 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm. Prices are RM
98.00++ (adult), RM58.00++ (senior citizen), RM 39.00++ (children 120cm and
below) and children below 80cm eat for free. After 9:00 pm, the buka puasa menu are priced at RM58.00++
(adult) and RM28.00 (children 120cm and below).
Early bird voucher is
available for sale from now till 20 June 2014 and enjoy 20% savings.
Located on the 1st
floor of the hotel, Kembali Kitchen is a chic, contemporary yet warm
atmosphere combined with soothing background music and perfect theatre-style
lighting.

During
the fasting month, a special meeting package is also available to suit the
needs of Muslim delegates. The special meeting package is priced at RM100nett
for Muslim delegates inclusive of Buka
Puasa at Kembali Kitchen and
RM160.00nett for Non-Muslim delegates inclusive of morning and afternoon coffee
breaks and lunch at Kembali Kitchen.
