The glittering trio of towers which should be completed by 2013 sit  on the last piece of super prime land on northeast Penang and part of Seri Tanjung Pinang which boasts the completed first phase as well as Straits Quay.

Alas, as Andaman by Quayside is engineered as a world class gated community, its prices are sadly also world class!

So allocate RM 2 million for a 2,000 sq ft pad to call home. The cheapest is around RM 985,000 for a 915 sq ft studio. There are 1128 sq ft flat for RM 1.416 million which is too cramped for me as I need a 2,000 sq ft, 3,000 sq ft or even better, 4,755 sq ft penthouse which comes with own lap pool which blends with the horizon so I can soak in the Andaman sea below.

Penang is the 8th Best Place to Live on Earth and beats KL where I stay which is strange as wherever I live should be Number 1 Best Place to Live!

As I write, 70% has been sold so stop twaddling your fingers and toes and hightail to Penang to check out Seri Tanjung Pinang and Andaman on Quayside.


Tower 2 will be launched this month!

On the back of positive buyers’ response to the first tower of the 
Andaman at Quayside condominiums in Seri Tanjung Pinang, premier lifestyle property developer Eastern & Oriental Berhad (E&O) will launch the second tower in August.
