Stylish decor
SAKESAN ROBATAYAKI BAR
Sakesan, the Ultra-hip ‘Robatayaki bar’ is renowned for its Gourmet Cocktails and
Robatayaki meals. Unwind with your drink and nibbles in either the designer
dining room or slip in to the chilled bar and lounge area.
The unique and vast
cocktail menu uses sake and shochu as base spirits, blended with a range of
Japanese ingredients like wasabi, yuzu, pickled ginger and plum, creating a
range of refreshingly potent creations.
Sakesan’s signature
cocktails are a definite must-try. The Wasabitini combines sake with
fresh wasabi, nori and sweet pineapple and is served with yuzu sake as a
starter and honey sake for dessert. The Rock Star Martini is
served on a traditional wooden tray and starts with a fresh passion fruit,
followed by a vanilla and passion fruit infused sake martini and is
finished with a shot of homemade shiso sake.
The extensive cocktail selection also features various other popular
beverages like The Sakesan (shochu shaken with Cointreau, cranberry and
yuzu juice) and the Belle Japonaise (sake, vodka, lime, green apple, fresh kiwi
and mint with a splash of sparkling wine). Delicious mocktails are also
available, such as the Rising Sun which is a frozen concoction of orange
juice, strawberry puree and pickled ginger.
Cocktail prices range from 65 rmb to 90 rmb for the Signature Cocktails.
In addition, there are great summer deals on the innovative cocktails as well
as the extensive selection of Japanese beers and global wines.
Happy Hour is available from 4pm to 9pm every Tuesday to Friday,
offering 2-for-1 on all cocktails, Asahi beers and wines by the glass. On Tuesdays,
patrons can enjoy a free Asahi 500ml draught with each purchase of signature Robata
ribs. Thursdays are all about the Ladies with all night 2-for-1 cocktails
for women at the bar. Sundays are also a treat with 2-for-1 Asahi beers in both
the restaurant and bar area throughout the day.
About Sakesan

defined by pop-art wall collages, snaking crimson sofas as well as a grey-brick
bar. Delicious snacks from the robata grill are also available.
